It is the Siriporn brand - 120 capsules with 100mg each. I read many good reviews about this brand. Apparently this brand has a very good quality and works stronger than the Ainterol brand. Still it is just 100mg per capsule and I will start to take it next cycle on cycle day 3 for 12-14 days (depends on my temperature etc). I hope it will arrive until then. I am currently on cycle day 19 and should get my period in around 2 weeks.

I will take just one capsule per day during the first cycle and see how my body responds to it.

Hi Ella, don't be sad. I did not know that you want to start taking PM at the same time like me. When do you plan to start? I don't need to start next cycle, I could wait one more cycle.

Well, yes I am worried about my cyst, but as I said I will take just 100mg of PM per day, which is not much. I think I will either use Fenugreek in luteal phase or maybe PC. I want to test my hormones in a week and then I will create my new program.

I am currently on a juice fast. Today is day 4 and I will fast until the end of this week (7 days in total). I was scared that my boobs will shrink but they did not shrink till now and actually I am having some growing pains!

PS: My PM order was shipped already. Just received the tracking number! Wow the guys are fast.

Yes I guess as you were weary of herbs as with our boobie sister BB I had this pretty little picture in my head we might all brave it together one day down the track ha ha! But in all honesty I wouldn't start PM until I had my hormones checked and that's a costly exercise over here, so that's not something that will happen soon unfortunately
But hey in the nicest possible way we will be using you as our guinea pig (again said with the utmost respect) -not only that you are doing it in a way I would choose to do as with BB at a guess, start small, so i'm soo fascinated to see how you go!!!!

Hey peggy have you mentioned the PM at all to your doctor? I seem to remember reading that you should avoid phytoestrogens if you have cysts. Don't want to be alarmist or anything, just making sure you've checked up on it first

thanks for your concern.

Well, I did not ask my doctor as he stopped to practise some time ago. He was the only one I went to as most of the doctors in this country are totally useless.... The last time I visited my gynecologist I asked him about the cyst in my breast and he did an ultrasound. He said that the cyst is totally harmless and may go away sometime. I am sure he does not know what PM is, as he was not much into herbs and always wanted to prescribe the birth control pill.

Honestly, I rather trust my own body. I will make a hormone test next week and if my progesterone levels are low I will use PC in luteal phase to balance the hormones. I will use the lowest dose of PM and after 3-4 months I will do another blood test to see if/how the hormones changed. If I feel that PM is not good for me, I will stop taking it.

Can you help please peggy. I know you have/had hair fall and im gettimg it now it is quite dry but its long strands. Like everytime I run my hands through my hair it will be anything from say 10 strands to one or 2. What was or is the reason for yours do you think? Ps sorry if we have discussed this before. I have a shocking memory.
Im hoping its not that im getting estro dominant. ..

I am sorry to hear that Ella.
It might be the thyroid (I am hypo) or it might be iron deficiency or something is not right with your hormones.

Did you stop taking the EPO? You once wrote that your hair was shedding way less after you started taking EPO.
