I made the saliva test today. Should get the result in 1.5 weeks or so, really excited!

I haven't taken any herbs since 4 weeks because of the saliva test.
I will cleanse now with milk thistle and start taking again EPO and lady's mantle. But I won't take any herbs until I receive the test result.

Will incorporate PEA PROTEIN from today on. Doesn't taste yummy but hope it will help with growth *wink to Ella* (btw. how much do you take per day?).

I should get my period in a week and I feel some growing pains in my breasts since a few days even though I do not take any herbs. Will make new pics in 2 weeks on cycle day 5.

Yay! Really hope they get the tests right this time! doing a little cleanse is definitely the right thing to do before you start the next program. Maybe add dandelion root too?

I massage twice a day and noogle 5 times per week.

Its a different test this time (saliva test, not blood test) and it will sent to a german lab, so should be very accurate.

Ohh that's better, I'm sure itl be accurate and everything will be normal.

I can't wait to start pumping, the more I read about it in the noogleberry forum the more excited I get. The anticipation is killing me.
So probably the growth sensation you're experiencing is the result of that, since a lot of people get results from just that and no herbs. That would be great news, means even when you're taking a break from herbs, you're still growing.

Yes I really hope that I can grow without herbs and even better with the right herbs. As soon as I know my test results I will start planning my new program. If estradiol is low, I will take the PM capsules (I have the Siriporn brand with 100mg each) in follicular phase. If my estradiol level is normal I will use the content of the PM capsules to make a cream and put it on my breasts (also in follicular phase only). If my estradiol level is high I will skip the PM. If my progesterone level is low or normal I will use a little PC in luteal phase. If my level is high I won't use it. I definitely want to take FG (maybe whole cycle) and an anti androgen (most probably red reishi - also whole cycle).

Sounds like a solid plan.... But wouldn't PM also be a good idea if you're estradiol a are normal? While balancing it with PC
