Taking it since only 9 days, so not sure if its really the FG but I read some studies which stated that FG can raise testosterone!
Ugh, it's problems like these that keep me from trying herbs. It's why I decided to stick to massage and exercise only. Sorry to hear this.
Well, I hoped the FG will decrease the shed and not increase it. Anyways, I will eventually try an anti-androgenic herb in my next cycle. I think about black cohosh, but need to do more research.
UPDATE: About 1 inch more since I started - BUT - I am right before my period, so this is not permanent growth, but still I am making some progress.
But it seems that my left breast is growing faster than my right breast, which definitely is smaller.
Started taking black cohosh 3 days ago, as I read it can help with menstrual cramps and with hair loss. Fingers crossed!

Im going to get my rooibos today if I can sneak out
When I started drinking Rooibos tea in the past I had absolutely NONE menstrual cramps the next month. So I continued drinking the tea, but then the cramps came back. Not sure why.
My bf is just leaving, so I am going to have some pump time, yay.
Hi Peggy,
I see you just started taking black cohosh, hope it works out for ya!
Thanks Lotus!
Not sure if I shall take it throughout my whole cycle or only in the luteal phase. Any suggestion?

Yay happy pumping! I had that with dong quai. One cycle I took it for horrific cramps and they cleared up immediately then the next cycle I tried it and if anything it made them worse.
Who knows how the body works...

That's right. It's all very confusing.
Actually I was going to suggest PC,
With your hashimoto's bio-identical PC has been reported to be beneficial. In small amounts of course, I know your not menopausal, just a suggestion.
