Bra bands tend to stretch after some time of wearing, so it could be that the band is too tight at the beginning of the day.
Also some companies do make tighter 32 bands than others.. Don't worry. If you feel more comfortable with 34, why don't you wear these?
I think there is one strange thing with these bra bands... I measure 27.5", thats 70cm. In Austria 70cm would be supposed to fit into a 70er Band (which is 32!) but in England 27.5" make me a 28 band (which is a 60 band in Austria!)
i have also seen bra band extensions you can order. they work pretty good. have used them when i was a smaller size but bands were too tight (my noobie boobie phase)
Some of the things I am so grateful for right now (regarding my boobs): seeing images of actresses whose boobs used to be HUGE and distant dreams to me and now realizing I am their size! It's funny how when you grow you are no longer are intimidated by medium-large breasts, because you are now one of them. The mystique that comes with larger breasts is no longer a mystery to me anymore, because I now know what it feels like to have them! All of the intimidation is leaving.
The second thing I am grateful for is hearing my boyfriend analyze my boobs and tell me how perfect they are in every way.

DAMN girl kinda way.
I think you should go up a cup size or two. If the band is feeling too tight, but you measure what you say, you need bigger cup not bigger band. In fact, I'm surprised you use such a large band. I'm 28.5" under and wear a 30" band perfectly.

Thank you! Only problem is next up would be an E and suddenly it's near impossible to find bras that size without spending a bunch. I don't like to feel too constricted in a bra. The 32's are just too damn tight unless it's a strapless.

Another 1 month update! This is month 17. I did not get to noogle too much this month but that's okay because they still seem to be growing! I'm not sure why my one boob is looking the wrong direction. I may have just posed a little weird. :/
Here are months 10, 16 and today:
