Okay, I would have to say that my nipples have undoubtedly gotten larger. I used to compare them to the size of a quarter. They are now definitely the size of a 50 cent piece. Nice! They are becoming quite womanly! I was trying to find the stages of breast growth through NBE but wasn't too successful in my search. If anyone has a link or just knows the real stages I would be very appreciative!
For me, these are the stages I have noticed (keep in mind that I have used noogleberry the whole time):
1) first thing I immediately noticed was a new firmness of my breast. This happened the first time I noogled and that firmness has stayed! So right from the get-go I was optimistic about this whole NBE thing because of this newfound firmness. I mean, they instantly felt like ripe teenage boobs. It feels great to be so firm and perky in my early 30's.
2) growth on sides, near my armpits. I noticed my boobs began getting wider. Not sure if this has to do with the way I massage. I massage the lymph nodes under the armpit quite often as well as the sides of my boobs.
3) slow growth on top. This could have to do with the fact that I started paying considerable attention to the tops of my boobs, massaging that area all the time. It has worked! I want a lot of top boob growth because I've noticed people with that look have effortless cleavage and I think it will help support larger breasts so they don't sag as easy.
4) nipple growth. This is basically hand-in-hand with the top growing. This is also one of the most obvious signs that I am truly growing. I wouldn't want to be siver dollar-size (I guess unless I got HUGE) but I still would like them larger than this (along with growth of whole breast of course).
Also, since my period has ended and all swelling has gone down, my breasts are still filling out my "goal bra" yeah! This bra is a 36b which I believe is the same as a 34C. I really want to try on some 34 C bras. I have never, ever in my LIFE worn a 34C bra, even at my largest. This would be the largest boob milestone of my life! I believe I am there though. In March when I started I was very loose in my 34B bras, to where it was embarrassing and obvious I should have been wearing an A. Those same bras are too small now.
Since I no longer have my original boob photos, I will post some photos that show me in clothes before I started NBE. As you can see, very small, nearly flat. That is changing & I am happy.
In that first photo, I am wearing a push up bra (guaranteed to be padded too). I should not have bothered quite frankly. There is no boob to push up! We all just want to be feminine and sexy though. Nothing wrong with that.
