Yes, thank you! :-) I had some kind of bad cough a few weeks ago, but that seems to be all gone, now. Now, if I could just get enough sleep every night!! I hope you're doing well, too, Jenn!! I don't know a darn thing about Kangzhu, only noogle. I pump and hold for 5 minutes, if air lets out I will keep pumping and then release and massage for a minute or so. Relax for 5-10 minutes then repeat. Do this as often as you can.

Small update for me. I have upgraded to the size XL noogleberry cup. I will use this only on my smaller breast and occasionally noogle my larger breast with the large cup. I found out something interesting recently. I measured the middle of my chest to my armpit on both sides and the left side of my chest is quite literally smaller. It's not my breasts fault! It's my torso being asymmetrical! Amazing! I remember Tibetan posting something about this awhile ago and showing an x-ray of a person's ribs. One side was quite literally larger than the other side. Crappy for me!
So anyway, with the XL cup. A little disappointed that the diameter is only 1" larger than the L cup. It's pulling in a little more skin than usual but not much. The XL cup just protrudes far more than the L cup making my breast appear teeny tiny! I want the diameter of my breast to be as large as possible.
Recently my bf and I made a little video
and I noticed how small my breasts still look compared to my whole body. *Sigh* There is a lot more noogling, massaging and growing in my future. I see me doing this for at least another year or two to get to my desired size.
For the record, I am aiming for boobs like Jennifer Connelly's. I would love for them to look THIS GOOD without a bra on. I will not wish, I will work until my job is done.
