the hand pump on the noogleberry seems to make a noise that sounds like air is escaping it, like a bicycle pump. Is that normal? I don't notice any tightening of my breast, my boob looks like it is only moving up and down, Lol. Are you supposed to feel a tightening in your boobs while pumping, cause I don't feel a thing.. My hand also seems to cramp up from pumping, even if I don't it too fast..

Test it on a flat surface like your stomach or stick your finger against the small opening in the cup to check for leaks.

So this has been a rather downer month. I spent the whole month ONLY noogling and massaging my smaller breast. It measures at 1" smaller across the bust than my larger! So that right there basically put a halt on my NBE, especially since I'm not really taking any hormonal herbs. I did introduce spearmint tea into my regime. I am drinking several cups a day probably 4 to 5 days a week. I haven't noticed any high T symptoms so I will take this as a good sign!

Another downfall (for breast growth at least) is I cut out milk starting on New Years (hot chocolate to be exact) I used to have several cups a week for weight gain/help keeping me full during long hours at work when I can't eat. It is delicious and worked a charm! Since quitting it I've dropped 5 lbs. already! That puts me at almost 110 lbs. when I'm TRYING to be more around 116! My stomach went back to be very flat so that's nice, I guess, although I really was wanting to get curvy. I'm sure this has affected my breasts as well. Sad BUT, my face has gotten extremely clear! That was part of the reason for quitting the milk--to see if that was the cause of my acne. It very well may have been!

I am not sure if I want to start doing protein shakes to keep the weight on. Well, I know I really don't. I want to be healthy and REALLY needed to stop getting acne. I mean, I had very little as a teen and now in my 30's I get it? It didn't add up so I've had to cut things out that I introduced into my life one by one until I found out the cause. I was really hoping it wouldn't be the dairy. Sad

Nipples are looking a little smaller and asymmetrical in the photo because it's cold right now! When it's warm they're larger and even.

Below are last 3 months (left is month 8, then 9 and today)

I am going to stop drinking milk as well... I noticed that my acne has gotten worse, and I'm tired of it. I've been eating more avocados to replace my (sadly delicious) fat source.

Also, the growth really is outstanding! Sorry you are struggling with the smaller breast, but they still look great nonetheless.

Mmmm....avos. Good idea! I'll just eat a bunch of those! And thank you. Achieving symmetry, as we both know, is possible. KEEPING them symmetrical is a whole new thing! It's so frustrating!
Oh yeah, so as most of us know there is the lighten your eyes thread. Well, I was not concerned with lightening my eyes but moreso relieving the redness from dry air. SO, I mixed organic wild honey with filtered water and dropped some in my eyes several times during the day. WOW. This is real stuff! My eyes look SO much whiter! I have actually been getting more compliments on my eyes lately too. Everyone should try this. Like any eye drop, it will feel uncomfortable when you first do it but within a minute I'd say your eyes will feel so nourished. It helped my eyesight too. I think my eyes always are a little irritated and maybe have some sort of film on them. This concoction actually helped remove that film. I'm hooked!

Definitely try it. Give it 1-2 minutes I'd say for the irritation of putting a liquid in your eyes to go away. Mix equal parts honey and water. Dissolve the honey good though!
If you are doing this daily il check in with you in a week to be sure its still working for you. I have to be soo careful what I put in my eye because of the growth :s
Ive even read apple cider vinegar diluted is good too. You cant imagine though right!!

Uhhhh....apple cider vinegar in your eyes?? I would NOT try that! Yikes! I have been doing the honey mix on and off for maybe the past 5 days. Trying to do it 3 times a day and it's been really nice.

Thanks for the tip Jennifer. Will it also lighten the eyes? I have nice blue eyes and I am afraid that they will become very light when I use a honey-water mixture. Huh

Well, that I am not positive about this although I believe the ladies on that thread are claiming it to lighten them. I too have blue eyes and am noticing they are looking more silvery since doing this. But I think that's because it is removing the dullness associated with buildup and irritation.
