I recently purchased a bottle of breast enhancing / dietary supplement pills. They contain vitamin e and b6, folic acid, zinc, selenium, as well as herbs like fenugreek, saw palmetto, cumin, marshmellow root, and some other funky stuff. The recommended intake is 4 pills, twice a day.

So I was wondering if these pills will have any negative affects on my health? Is there any chance I could be allergic to any of these herbs? Will these pills affect my birth control pill? And lastly, will I notice tht much of a difference in breast size/overall health if I use them?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and well I think it's obvious why I'm here. I signed up but didn't really think I'll eventually write about what I'm trying, but I'd like to share something "strange" that I think is due to pills that I'm taking for breast growth.

I have started taking natural herbs in pill form, I've been taking 3 daily (all at once). I had tried only one pill before which was "Breast Sculptor" I classify it a complete fail for me so I gave up on pills for a while.

Now I recently bought 3 month supply of another brand of pills and I only have 3 days taking them, but I've been having a very strong headache as well. I have 3 days with this headache, at first I didn't think it could be the pills, and I'm still not sure, but I as I wondered why in the world would I have this headache without stop I came to the conclusion that I have the pain ever since I started the pills, could it be possible?

Has anyone experienced this with pills before?

My breasts are in pain as well, months ago when I tried "Breast Sculptor" I had no pain in my breasts, and I'm not having my period yet so I really think the pain and sensitivity in my breasts could be due to the pills, then again I'm new to this so I don't know if the pills could have effect on my breasts in just 3 days...?

Can someone help me out with these doubts?
Could the headache be connected to the pills? Do you think I should take the pills separately throughout the day instead of taking 3 pills all at once?

I noticed that whenever I drink beer my boobs feel and look huge the day after. I decided to buy liquid hops extract for NBE, because I'm not a big fan of drinking often. Would it be safe to apply it externally? I thought I read somewhere that dogs... had adverse effects when it was applied on the skin... or something. I dunno. I think I'm being kind of paranoid/neurotic about this.

Does anyone here use hops extract on the breasts? I used to massage fenugreek and saw palmetto extract onto mine.

I just dont know how to measure it into small amount to drink every day ,any one do you know there is a measuring tool to do it ?

A pity I couldnt find my user id the last time, doesnt seem to be in use anymore, and Ive disappeared for awhile, so decided to set up a new ID.

A few questions:
I recently took Fenugreek, one per day 610mg for the past month ie. 21 days before my period cycle started. Up till before my period, everything looked good, boobies were probably the most swollen than ive seen them before.

Then I stopped during my period, and continued after it.
this time, with a capsule of saw palmetto 160mg each (too little?) with the capsule of fenugreek daily.

I saw massive reduction in boobie size in three days, and I am almost embarrassed.
I was wondering, has anyone had any experience with reduction in boobie size from taking saw palmetto?
My boob size usually decreases after my period, but this is the worst ive seen.

Aside from that, I know I shld be ramping up according to Waihaika's thread one herb at a time. Can anyone tell me how much of each shld I be taking? is it too little?

I've been taking fenugreek for about a week. I feel some results which made me happy, but the smell is too much. I'm beginning to REAK of maple syrup. Is there a fenugreek alternative I could take?

I also have Saw Palmetto and Red Clover which I am not taking because I am very fearful of getting a hormonal imbalance. I figured taking just one supplement would be helpful.

I also have MACA... don't know if that would help combat the smell, but lol...

I've been doing NBE for 1.5 months using only Fenugreek and Fennel with no side effects. I added in Wild Yam (575mg) 1x day and took it for 5 days but then stopped bc I was getting less tingles. Around that same time I started getting shooting pains and heaviness in my legs. Now I have a terrible pain in my legs and hands and I've developed several veins all over my legs and bulging veins on my feet!

Could the Wild Yam be the cause of the veins?! I think I was leaning towards estrogen dominance when i did the online test, so I thought the Wild Yam would help balance things. I've been eating A LOTof eggs tho...maybe too many. I don't know if that would make my veins that way. I have a history of high cholesterol and bad circulation as it was. Also, I'm going to start on birth control for the first time and now I'm really scared it's going to mess with my hormones more and give me more veins!

So I decided to take a little break from my program. I was just doing wonderup. I've been off it for three weeks and almost as soon as I went off it I got these weird pains in my boobs. They pains would come on and off for about a week I was just wondering if that was a bad or good sign?

i cant find saw palmetto in capsule form but homeopathic saw palmetto(comes with name of sabal serrulata) be used as alternative to capsule form.It generally comes in extract form and is pink liquid.

Could someone tell me if you had growth when adding a bust tea and how to make it?

Or does someone know the recipe for Eve's bust tea??

I read somewhere that someone liked the effects of it, but I don't remember where I found that post so I had to start a new one.
