hye... is saw palmetto safe for women? i was thinking on consuming fenugreek, milk thistle and saw palmetto to enhance my breast... and i was looking to buy themonline... but most of the saw palmetto that i found is for men... for example like the 21st century saw palmetto that i attached... i was thinking on buying the 21st century saw palmetto but if u see at the bottom of the bottle, it says "traditionally used to regulate urination & improve well being of men"... and i asked the seller if women can consume them and she said no... can someone please clarify it for me?

I don't even know if this is the right sub forum to post, but I've been reading that a lot of people have been taking msm. I'm taking 4 gram a day, but in table form. Is powder more effective than tablet? Why? And what is the dose for the most optimal result?

The rumors are true. Ever since I started using Lavender Extract my breasts have really increased in size. They're much plumper and have an added extra layer of fat. The top of my breasts, or my decolletage area has plumped up alot too. It's kinda like using the flax seed oil all over again. Anyways, I only popped up to share this. Note, I'm using the extract not the oil. I know it's been discussed before, just thought I'd add my voice.

Hi all,

I am very new to this and after reading up a bit I decided to go for the Fenugreek which I am drinking as a tea (I boil the fenugreek seeds and then sieve it). I am also using 2 capsules of Saw Palmetto every day. I am 25 and a size 32a/b. Hoping to get to a full b maybe c but just going to see how it goes really. I am just wondering if anyone has had success with these herbs alone? I don't have much money at the moment and I find other people's NBE ingredients lists a bit overwhelming for me at this stage. Is there anything else people would reccomend. I've heard redclover could be useful?

Thanks in advance!

Mhairi

Hi I am completely new to NBE and have no idea what I should start with. I am 28 and have 3 kids and I am ok with the size of my breasts although I def would not mind going up another size or so....LOL. I am a 36c except after having kids my once perfect and perky breasts went down south and just aren't as full or perky as they used to be. What can I do to help with this?

Hi
After 3 1/2 months of massaging (female deer) and no visable results I am thinking of taking Natureday.
I have looked at other breast pills, and after reading up they either don't work, or don't have permanent results (have to maintain), and as I have a thyroid issue I cannot take Wonderup or Booby Stacked. I would have liked to take Bountiful Breasts, but the risk of ovarian cancer scares me and it's not worth the risk (even though some say it's safe).
I live in the UK so buying Natureday is going to be expensive for me (approximately $235 for the 8 month supply of pills & liquid, excluding p&p - or $480 for a 8 month supply of pills, liquid, soap & cream, including tracked p&p).
As it is going to be expensive I really want to make sure I can take it. I have read a lot about it, but cannot find answers to my remaining questions.
Therefore, please can anyone help:
1. Can I take Natureday due to my thyroid?
2. Do I need to take a hormone saliva test before taking Natureday (or will it work if I do have any hormone imbalances anyway)?

Thanks

Hi

I've read up on Holland & Barrett's website (a UK herbal shop), and it gives this information:

Protein makes up the structure of all cells and tissues in the body, including muscle tissue, internal organs, tendons, skin, hair and nails.

The 20 amino acids are the building blocks of protein. 12 of these amino acids can be made in the body so are referred to as non-essential amino acids, whilst the other 8 are known as essential amino acids as they must be supplied in the diet.

Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid.

What I want to know is:
Is L-Tyrosine a protein capsule - is it like a protein shake? Or do you need to take the L-Tyrosine to help the protein you consume (either through shakes or through diet) work and get into your system better?

Also, I don't understand what it is saying regarding amino acids. Can anyone give a easier understanding please.

Thanks

I'mm very definitely with many doubts! I've read several times about fenugreek and saw that he is declared phyto-estrogen, stimulus for production of natural estrogen, phyto-progesterone and stimulus for production of natural progesterone.

Could someone give me a light please? Shy

Thanks!!!
