Hi all i'm new here. So here's my situation.

I was previously on contraceptive (implanon) for 2 months. During those times i get period every 2 weeks, and it would last for 10-14 days. Reason for implanon removal is due to the side effects. My sex drive decereased, and i noticed i became too emotional and too sensitive. i get really pissed over petty issues, i was angry all the time until it came to a point where my fiance stopped calling me. Plus, i find it's really hard to lose weight with this thing in my arm. After 2 months i decided to take it out. Everything went back to normal after a week.

I was a 28-day cycle before the implanon, but after 1 month of removal, i still havent got my period. i read on some forums some of the ladies said their period cycle went back to normal after a month of removal, while some of them took more than a month, even a year. they said to go see a doctor if i havent got period for 3 months.

My problem now is i'm going to start a chiyomilk program, i've bought all the necessities. But now i'm skeptical on whether this program would work due the problem i stated above. can i still grow even without period? do you have any suggestions? i feel so excited to start the program but i think i have to tackle this problem first. i'm not pregnant btw.

Thank you in advance, and sorry for my bad english Tongue

Hello,
I started my journey sometimes around April this year, took a break over summer (July to September), and just recently started again. So far I have had some pretty shocking results - atleast three cupsizes!

I realise I am very, very lucky and have no right to complain, but I'm wondering when growth can become a concern? Is it dangerous for your health to grow this much in such a short amount of time? What surprised me the most is that the pills I have been taking is not even your "common" NBE pills, it is supplements for womens health containing EPO, flaxseed oil as well as saponins and isoflavones from soy and I have only heard about two other people experiencing breast changes whilst taking them. (I am on progesterone only BC and always been, if that changes anything)

Max dose a day is nine pills, although I never exceeded four pills a day, since that dosage already made me break out really badly as well as causing sharp pains in my ovaries (cysts?), and one pill is sufficient for gradual growth with less discomfort. Whenever I am taking them, my boobs get really tender, to the point where even the lightest touch causes pain. Could it just be that I am really sensitive to hormonal changes? Is it alright to carry on this current program and see what happens, or would it be better to stop? I am guessing that the break outs/sharp pains/breast tenderness is a sign of an imbalance of some sort, but since it is giving the results I want I am also not that sure about giving it up Sad

Just want to add that I got an appointment to a gynaecologist within the next couple of weeks, so I will be bringing up this experience then, as well as making sure to test my hormone levels, but these questions has been racking my brain so I am just hoping someone will be able to shed some light on it all!

Many thanks Smile
xx

hey everyone! first of all, LOVE this site. it's informed me a lot about things i didn't know could help with growth! i'm a 32D right now, but they don't look it. i want to get a rounder and fuller look, going up a cup size if possible! but i do have something specific i was wondering... i don't have BIG areolas, but they aren't tiny. i was wondering if anything any of you have done has helped decrease the size of your areolas, or at least given them the appearance of a smaller areola by increasing your breast size?

i'm looking to start a routine to give me the above results & i'd love to know what you use, how you use it, and any recommendations! thank you!!

Use Phytoestrogens To Promote the C-2 Pathway
Include foods with phytoestrogens in your diet because they will take natural and chemical estrogens out of play in the body. Phytoestrogens are plant-based compounds that can bind to estrogen receptors, but they have about 1/1000th of the effect on the body as real or chemical estrogen. When phytoestrogens bind to estrogen receptors they basically take up the parking sport of the true estrogen, and keep it from exerting its effect.

Lignans and isoflavones are the main phytoestrogens, and in addition to binding with estrogen receptors, they can increase SHBG levels (protects the body by binding to estrogen), decrease aromatase (prevents testosterone turning into estrogen), and shift metabolism of estrogen away from the C-16 pathway to the C-2 pathway (the safer pathway).

The best phytoestrogens to include in the diet are flax, sesame, leafy greens, kudzu, alfalfa, clover, licorice root, and legumes. Greens, flax, and sesame can be easily added to the diet, and the others can be supplemented to support estrogen detoxification.

Sesame seeds also provide fiber and fenugreek helps lower the insulin response to carbs, making both good additions to your diet.

it seems that phytoestrogens will help me to overcome my estrogen dominance, so i don't have to wait until my hormonal ratio come into normal and balance to begin using phytoestrogens .
if this true so it's ok to use my fenugreek caps and adding fennel too or wild yam, am i right ?Huh
may be just during the follicular phase .

Also, putting progesterone directly on the breasts jeopardizes any fats you do have there to go away and certainly doesn't help fatty reproduction- in fact it does the opposite- discourages it.
