Hello, I like to buy Natureday, though my only issue is determining if I should buy the cream or liquid. I bought an inexpensive Volufiline cream already that still hasn't arrived in the mail. I read only positive reviews about Natureday. I did take liquid Fenugreek for a month (I didn't follow a schedule, maybe that's the issue?) and had no changes in sizes. A user on here said they had luck using the liquid. I'm looking to hear some more opinions before I order. Thanks

So I have MSM and Fenugreek, I just bought some spearmint tea, and I ordered sweet almond oil for massaging. I'm thinking that I'd start out with:

-- 3 (610mg each) Fenugreek capsules, twice a day

-- 2 (1,500mg each) MSM tablets, twice a day

-- 2 (1,000mg each) Vit C tablets, twice a day

-- 1-3 cups of spearmint tea, daily

-- daily massage with sweet almond oil (once/twice?)


Is this okay? Should I change anything?

what is the most effective thing to take with fenugreek pls?

Is it possible to have too much estrogen in the body but still not have any breasts? I have all of the symptoms of too much estrogen and I have noticed that my butt and thighs have enlarged quite a bit in the last year. But I still don't have any breasts tissue at all. My chest looks like the chest of a 10 year old boy. I also uses to have symptoms of male hormones. For example I had excessive hair growth on my face, in the chin, upper lip, under the chin and jawline area. I also had a hair line on my stomach. I remove it with hair removal cream so i'm not really if I would still have this problem or not if I hadn't of already removed the hair because now that I have removed it, it will always grow back.

Is it normal to have too much estrogen but still not have any breasts?

I've been doing some research on breast enhancement herbs and supplements, and I have to wonder if there are any long-term effects. I know that it's all natural and all that, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's safe. I'm particularly concerned about potentially increasing the risk of breast cancer. Can anyone comment on this from personal experience?

I think that I might have a problem with too much estrogen in my body. I have been on birth control (which has high amounts of estrogen) for about 3-4 years now. I also tried herbal pills about 1 year ago which were to increase breasts size and they were loaded with LOTS of herbs that work like estrogen in the body. (I have no breasts at all, my chest looks like the chest of a 10 year old boy) and even though the bill were VERY high is estrogen they didn't do anything for my chest. I have noticed that in the last year my thighs have gotten wider. I also have a lot of very powerful cravings for food that have gotten really bad in the last year and i've gained a lot of weight. I also get bloated really easily, by the end of the day my stomach will be bloated right out to the point where I look pregnant. I also always feel sluggish, I always have the urge to just lay around and eat and I don't do anything all day but I get tired so easily. I also do have a foggy mind, it's kind of all over the place...

I can't really stop my birth control but does anybody know of a kind that has the lowest level of estrogen or no estrogen at all if that is possible?

What other things could I do to lower my estrogen levels? Is there some kind of cleanse or something to completely get rid of them?

Also since my thighs have gotten wider, if I lower my estrogen levels will my thighs go back to their normal size or would they stay wide?

Since I've been taking PM, I've been gettin 2 periods a month! It's so annoying and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I take PM the first 15 days (stating my period) then I switch to Breast Actives & Maca for the remaining 15 days. I feel like the PM is causing this! Help please

Im surprised I never came across this sooner but its a full ebook on exercises, how to make your own lotions/gels/breast enlargement tea/yoga boobie batters etc.
Its an interesting read, tells you how to massage properly .
Worth a read if you want to save money and make your own NBE products in a simple cheap easy to obtain way.

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to create a boobie batter for my mom and me. I purchased a bottle of fenugreek extract (dry herb/menstruum - 1:2.5) and a bottle of saw palmetto (the bottle says it provides 320 mg fatty acids from Saw Palmetto per day). For carrier oils I have EVOO, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, sesame seed oil, and grape seed oil.

I've tried to look up a formula for boobie batter that gives how much extract per specific amount of carrier oil, but my quest has come up nil...I don't want to add too much extract because I don't want my mom to stall or totally screw up her hormones (I'm not sure I want my boobie batter to contain any herbs in it).

Could anybody recommend how many drops of each extract I could add to a specific amount of carrier oil (and perhaps recommend a carrier oil out of the ones I listed, please? -- I think I'm leaning towards a flaxseed/coconut mix or an EVOO/flaxseed mix)

Where can I buy them? I'm currently a 34C and I'd like to become a 34DD!
