So I have been taking Greenbush herbs enhancement kit which is a combination of Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto and Wild Yam. I was taking 2 capsules, 3 times a day. As well as the liquid extract of the same herbs. and I grew a centimeter in a week!! But, by the end of the week, I was feeling cold like symptoms, had dark circles around my eyes and feeling sinus pressure and swelling in my face. I told my wellness doctor, and he said it was because of the Saw Palmetto. It's been two days since I've stopped taking it the greenbush herbs. Don't have the cold like symptoms anymore, nor the dark circles, still have the sinus pressure and the puffy face. I guess I need a few more days to get out out of my system. But the growth has remained so far. Has anyone else had swelling in face due to Saw Palmetto? and how long did it take to go away? I'm just a little concerned about it.

My body doesn't seem to be doing so well on fenugreek. One morning I took it on an empty stomach and had a stomachache + diarrhea. In addition, I've been having headaches lately. But I only take 1-2 capsules of 610mg per day.

Do you girls think fenugreek could be the reason? Or is the reason likely to be something else? Weather has been terrible lately, and I was under quite a bit of stress.

I'm looking for a decent price, maybe on a pound or less of the tea, but I don't want to spend crazy money on the tea + shipping.

The cheapest I found it for was like $12 / lb.. But I don't even think they ship to Canada.

The sane part of me doesn't want to have the tea shipped in from a city 2 hours away, and end up paying $30 for 100grams.

Hello. I have tried breast actives , puraria mirifica, bountiful breast, noogleberry. And have not got any growth. I have been getting the depo shot for the past 8 years and starting to wonder if that why I'm not getting any growth. Is anyone else on depo while trying nbe and got growth?? If so, what is your program? Thanks for any advice! This is do frustrating. Also thinking about trying progesterone cream as ive read others have got results from that, but is it ok to use while on depo provera? Thanks

Okay, I know some of you have been around here much longer than I have and might be able to steer me in the right direction because I used the search bar and found 5 unhelpful results.

I am getting the Implanon BC implant on March 11th. I shouldn't have a cycle for the next 3 years on it.

Can I continue to take about 7g of Fenugreek a day on it, or should I switch to PM?

I have a big thing of bulk PM powder still from the first time I tried it and I didn't like it, I felt like it didn't give me good results, but I notice most people use PM while on BC that halts your cycles.

I don't know if those people just don't prefer to have Fenugreek, didn't try it, etc or what.

If I start to get a period regularly while using internal NBE herbs, then is that a sign the herbs are interfering with my cycle and therefore making the BC ineffective?

I know you guys have a place for me to go read and find answers, so pointing me in the right direction is MUCH appreciated.

I have say 2.5 weeks until my cycle starts up again.
Id like to use this time to do a cleanse. I was aiming for a total estrogen cleanse and am somewhat conflicted about EPO usage during this time..
Id like to tackle any internal inflammation so hoping to UP my overall essential fatty acids to around 5-6000 mgs per day. Combo of omega 6/3's
Along with a good milk thistle formula, and turmeric.

Can someone advise what's the best cleansing period for? ie 2 weeks?

Is it ok to take EPO during this time? - if it balances the hormones then wouldn't it be better for you to be in balance instead of potentially throwing things out of wack whilst on the cleanse?

Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since I've been around here, but I've recently decided that I'd like to try to add a little more to the gains I experienced back in 2011.

Since then I've lost weight and 2" off my waist, and I've stopped BCP. I didn't lose any boobs though! Which is exciting.

So my current measurements are:
33.5" (sometimes 34")
24" (sometimes 25")
35.5" (sometimes 36")

I bought some Maca to hopefully increase some of the butt I lost, but I'm a little scared that by "balancing my hormones" it might shrink my boobs?
Since I've stopped BCP I get achey boobs, mild acne, and sore nipples but it doesn't seem like I'm actually growing any.

I'm also contemplating starting another round of PM vs trying Fenugreek.

I'm just so worried about messing with things and losing all my previous gains! Advice please?

I bought progesterone cream at the store today and I was wondering if I can mix it with herbs like fenugreek and fennel for maximum growth....or is that too much?
