I can't get my hands on RC

So I took maca for about 2 weeks, one week at 500mg and one week at 1000mg a day. My period was due but never came, but i continued the maca for one week at 1000mg but decided to stop after that as my period didn't come.I had all the cramps and pain but no bleeding.. I'm 16 days late and finally my period is here, painful as ever.
I'm gutted, so many people said maca balanced them and helped their periods. I took it to balance my hormones and my sex drive was becoming non existent, my mood wasn't great, and the maca was really helping. My sex drive went through the roof and it was amazing, I was able to be ready and intimate with my husband every day, I loved that.
I was worried for those two weeks I might be pregnant but took two pregnancy tests and wasn't, the stress probably didn't help. My boobs are quite swollen today from my period, I was hoping maca would be my miracle maybe and balance my excess oestrogen so I could have some nice boobies and even out my curves. But now I don't know what to do, my period has never been that late and I can only think its the maca. Is it a bad sign, should I stop? Cycle it instead of take it solidly? Or will it even out over time? The last thing I need at the moment is crazy periods. Any help is appreciated!

I just bought a herbal tea with the ingredients of : chamomile, spearmint, west indian lemon grass, natural french vanilla flavor, tila flowers, black berry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn, and rosebuds. Could this tea possibly make my breasts grow? Or at least cleanses my kidneys?

Ok so I am already growing only with massage slowly but surely. My only goal is to boost the growth/speed it up. I was wondering if I take NBE herbs, can it mess up my apparently-normal hormone levels?

Hi, I'm new here, so I just wanted to get people's opinions on what would be a good goal for me. Some things about me:
Currently: 34C/D, 20yo, 5'6", on an estrogen birth control pill
I want to lose some weight, probably about 25 lb. I also want to be very safe about any sort of supplements I take. I don't want to mess around with potentially dangerous side effects. What are some realistic expectations for my nbe journey, and where should I start?
(Picture attached)

Hey everyone! I just wanted to list a few things (good and bad) that I've noticed after finding my perfect balance of herbs/supplements.
Pros:
1. Breast growth! That's why we're all here right? My breasts are bigger than they've ever been, even during my prgnancy.
2. Regulated cycles. I've had a very irregular cycle for as long as I can remember. I have even skipped my period completely! This has evened them out to a regular 28 day cycle.
3. Less painful cycles. I just started my period, and the cramps where so mild, I was really surprised when I discovered I had started.
4. A higher libido! I always had an issue with a low libido after my pregnancy. Now sparks are flying! ;D
5. Maple syrup! For those of you who haven't experienced Fenugreek, I'll just warn you now, it makes your sweat smell like maple syrup. To me, that's better than regular BO!
Con's:
1. Acne!! My face looks like I'm going through puberty again! I guess I am in a way...
2. Harder to lose weight. I go to the gym very regularly and I've noticed a decline in my weight loss.
3. Hard to keep up. I have 9 or 10 different supplements and herbs I have to take 2 to three times a day. This can be a little overwhelming.
4. More emotional. I've noticed some mood swings here and there. Nothing I can't handle, but I have off days a little more often. Note: this may have been due to PMS as I started my period today.
5. Water Retention. Unfortunately I've been a little more bloated from water retention, but it may have also been due to PMS.
So there's my personal list of pros and cons that I wanted to share! I'd love to hear feedback about what you think! Also, let me know some of the things you've noticed about you herbal choices. What have you done to find a balance, and what are the effects? :3

Hi Guys,
I am a girl and after a lot of unsuccessful attempts I wanted to ask: would it be possible to get growth only by lowering testosterone ?
I suspect my DHT is high.
Do you think it is possible only by taking saw palmetto to grow ?
Any one here had experienced growth only by lowering testosterone ?
Thanks !

I've been eating to get bigger breast for the past two months and it's only working on my left breast? My left breast has grown a cup size. My right hasn't budged, it's still the same size. It looks really odd and it's embarrassing. I don't want to stay on this diet if my left one is going to be the only one growing. I'm just wondering if this is normal and will the right one catch up eventually? Or is it a lost cause and i should just give up?

Just wanted to share my plans and gains.
I use my homemade Breast Cream once daily, for about 15-30 minutes.
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=23439
I also take the following pills daily:
6 Solaray Female Blend
2 Swanson Bovine Ovary
4 Natures Way Fenugreek
4 500MG Pueraria Mirifica
2 1000 MG Arginine
2 OptiWomen Multi-Vitamins
2 5000MG Biotin
I have been on this for about 3 weeks now, and I started out at a 34 Barely A. I am now a full A cup, pushing towards a small B cup. My boobs are sore as heck, but I guess thats how they feel when they grow? The only negative side effect thus far is the occasional spotting in regards to my period.
I'm going to add Vitex and Saw Palmetto next month, and see if any more gains happen. With the Vitex and Saw Palmetto added in, the total cost for this will be 48.00 per month. 48.00 seems very pricey, but I am hoping that after 4 more months, maybe I can just do a maintenance plan.
Has anyone kept their gains after stopping herbal supplements?

I've been taking a very low dose of Spironalactone as an AA prescribed my dermatologist, as i have high levels of delta-4-androstenedione (but slightly low levels of DHEA and normal testosterone).
I can say that it reduces my acne even thought i'm taking just 12mg/day.
I have started researching about spiro because in the label says that can cause breast growth. So i've researched on the internet and found women and men that have experienced breast enlargement with spiro.
What i've found first about Spiro:
"Spironolactone decreases 5-alpha reductase activity via increased clearance of testosterone secondary to augmented liver hydroxylase activity. In addition, it increases the level of steroid hormone binding globulin (SHBG), thus providing a sink that reduces circulating free testosterone as more is bound by the increased quantity of SHBG. The resultant effect of reducing free testosterone in circulation is an increased estrogenic state(...)Spironolactone also acts locally by competing with dihydrotestosterone (DHT) for cutaneous androgen receptors, thereby inhibiting testosterone and DHT binding."
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3315877/
---> "reducing free testosterone by increasing SHBG, and increased estrogenic state." ---> Well, for those who have aromatase based programs like me, reducing free testosterone and increasing SHBG it's not the way to go, i think. Increased SHBG will decrease free T and so there's less available for aromatase conversion into E, and also less free E because it will bind with SHBG, right? So why is it claimed "an increased estrogenic state"?
In this study claims the same thing. And show a decrease in Androstenedione levels and increased SHBG levels.
http://www.researchgate.net/publication/...4c6d25.pdf
BUT!!!!!
Now i've found some studies that even associate high levels of Androstenidione with Spironolactone treatment.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20926464
And there are reported cases in internet of patients that had their androstenedione levels increased with Spiro.
A 24 years old lady case:
http://www.endocrine-abstracts.org/ea/00...025p33.htm
A 48-year-old man case:
http://www.endocrine-abstracts.org/ea/00...031p74.htm
"It is important to recognise spironolactone assay interference; the increased levels of androstenedione as well as cortisol would raise the possibility of adrenal malignancy"
