Directions

I have highlighted the different points of interest in certain ingredients for further research , interesting that according to this myrrh helps boost fat collection? and that Tamarind out perform the hyaluronic acid that is so pervasive in all the new "youthifying" serums out there. Hey everyone,

I've been taking Swanson PM, Swanson Estro8pn, and Solaray Licorice Root for a few weeks and last week I added Solaray White Peony Root to my regimen and it's making me feel really weird. Almost like a reaction that an opiod would give. Very out of it, like in a daze, very mellow, and my pupils are extremely dialated. Was just wondering if anyone has had a similar reaction. I just ordered a few bottles of WP from Swanson cause it's on sale, so I'm curious if it will give me the same reaction as the Solaray. If anyone has had a similar experience, please chime in. Doctor suggested CLA for belly fat... anyone have any experiences with Conjugated Linoleic Acid at all? He said it would target specifically belly fat. I have to eat really healthy with it bc it helps sugar levels.... I've been diagonosed as "pre-diabetic type 2" and PCOS with mild hursituism... Hi everyone !

After a few months of reading everything I could find about NBE, I finally decided to start my own journey ! I'm currently massaging my breasts twice a day and I just bought multivitamins, maca, fennel and fenugreek (pills) but before starting to take them I'm thinking of also buying saw palmetto so I could take it with all of those other pills.
