Hi all,

I've just purchased saw palmetto and fennugreek.

Does anyone know how much of each I should take each day? Has anyone been successful with a routine like this?

i just weaned my baby...how long should i wait before i start with nbe??

I was thinking about starting to take Maca, but I heard it increases fertility. I'm on birth control pills right now and I wanted to know if taking Maca would counteract or mess with that (can't think of the word right now, sorry, haha).

Hi there everyone- this will be my first post on these forums after reading the wonderful information and tips for some time. I'm excited and hopeful to join in.
First I'd like to say a quick thank you to all the girls posting on this site- you've saved me from wasting money on a product that was most likely a scam. Before purchasing it I decided to do one last check on my other options, and stumbled upon this helpful site. Needless to say, I did not order the product.

So a little about me- I'm a 19 year old female, 5'7" in height and hovering somewhere between 110-115 pounds. My current size is about 34B. I've always been skinny and I have the feeling that my breast growth was stunted throughout puberty from a poor diet and not very much protein. This is the main reason I'd like to see some breast growth. I believe I have a lot of potential.

I've been doing exercises and massages for a few weeks, and am starting to feel better about myself. The next step I've decided to take is adding fenugreek to my daily routine. I've been reading quite a bit about it, and a girl very similar to my weight and height reporting on these forums that she has achieved significant growth using only fenugreek pills and fenugreek extract (2 droppers per day mixed with lotion to absorb quicker into the skin) has convinced me I would like to try adding this to my program.

I'd greatly appreciate and welcome any / all information and tips you can give me on adding this to my routine- including dosage information, good massages/exercises to go along with it, and general tips for good diet and perhaps other supplements to go along with it.

Is vitex alone used for breast enlargment, or is it used to regulate the cycle before you start estrogenic herbs?
I have read that it works best when it is taken alone. I have irregular cycle and concider to try vitex first to balance my homones, but i am impatient and want to get started..

Has anyone ever mixed Bo or other glandular therapy with wonderup or any other herbal enhancements? I was wondering if it would stunt the growth or help to grow. Also if it would cause bad acne or facial hair. Any insight, advice or research that you ladies have I would greatly appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

I am back to trying nbe. I took wonderup about a year ago and had a little bit of growth well it was more fullness then anything. I was only taking the pills at night and did not take them throughout the whole day so I think that weakened my chances of getting good results because I wasn't putting the herbs into my body throughout the whole day. I was however waking up with sore breasts every morning, so I figured it would work if i tried again and followed the directions this time.

Okay, so for the past two weeks, I've been massaging my breasts morning and night and I've already seen growth. I measured 31.5'' about a month ago and I am now slightly under 32.5'' (and it's been a week since my period ended so I know it's not swelling). I haven't really been all that sore but I noticed I've been looking really, really full lately which is why I measured myself. This is kind of a surprise since I'm not taking anything orally. I was planning to fully start my regimen (herbs and massage) in April after my next period and was just getting myself used to the idea of massaging morning and night. I'm really happily surprised. I'm thinking I'm really going to be able to reach my goal of one full cup size! I also have to add that I have also been rubbing my breasts with EPO, FENUGREEK, and HOPS just for the past week. Does anyone know if BS, Fenugreek, MSM, Wild Yam, EPO all taken together cause weight gain?? I've piled the pounds on in the last few weeks!
