I thought id share news today: (also, mild tmi alert)

i awoke this morning to find that i have discharges 'down there'!
this may seem unimportant to some of you, but to me its quite amazing, as
i rarely ever had d/c even when it was close to my period, and as a result i have been undie-less for a very long time. (im in scrubs almost 24/7, and the freeing feeling is pretty nice). the fact that it has been only three days and im already getting d/c back is crazy to me. im 100% positive its all to my routine, which is epo and a mix of fish, flaxseed, and borage oil.

im not sure if this means i didnt have enough estrogen to start with, as when i was younger i could feel my ovulation (mittelschmerz), but only rarely do i feel it now, so i have a feeling i am not ovulating every month, and on top of that my monthlies are not a perfect 25/28 day schedule, they vary alot.

im going to be sticking to this program for a while, and see how it goes.

So...

I am considering doing the fenugreek, saw palmetto, wild yam combination + taking vit. c supplements + protein shakes + heating pad + feng shui & tiger lily massage. However, I am uncertain if this will work for me.

Here are my stats:

Age: 19
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 90-95 (it fluctuates)
Breast Size: 32AA :[
No kids
Exercise 3x/week, mainly toning

Any advice?

Ok so maybe this isnt the wisest of decisions but im drinking with sum friends 2nite (havnt drank in a while!) And I kno alcohol reaks havoc on breast inhancement but this is my last time for a while.
This is my question: Since alcohol interferes with absorbtion of the herbs should I just skip my dose tonite so as not to waste the precious herbs? Or do I need to keep it in my system regardless? Plz help! Thanx.

I feel pain in my breasts, but I have no idea if it is from the massaging I do or if it is an indication of growth xD. How do I tell the difference?? I can feel it right now

Hi all, this is probably a stupid question but what is the role of evening primrose oil in nbe? I see it recommended a lot but I haven´t found out what it´s for, does it have an effect on hormones or does it help to "feed" the production of boobs?
I´m wondering if I should take it, that´s why I´m asking.

I've been doing the nbe program for one month. i started off ONLY doing chi massage twice a day, and had some tingles and growth. Since on the nbe pills I havent really noticed any more tingles or growth. I started on 1 575mg Fenugreek 1x day and on day two ramped to 1 575mg Fenugreek 2x day for one week before adding 1 430mg Fennel 2x day and I have slowly added in other supplements. What should I do next?

I am 29. 5'5. 115lbs. 32A. no kids. no birth control.

I did the liver cleanse/detox 1 wk before starting pills.
No significant hormonal imbalances

I am currently taking:

1 575mg Fenugreek 2x day
1 430mg Fennel 2x day
2 500mg Borage Oil 2x day
1 1000mg EPO 3x day
1 650mg Gelatin 3x day

I have 575mg Wild Yam capsules as well as 575mg Saw Palmetto capsules from Greenush that I havent touched yet. I should note that I have slacked a lot on my breast massages and it could be the reason I havent had any more growth...
Should I increase my dosages or add new herbs too?? Pls help. Thank you!

I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has grown through massage and topicals alone. By topicals I mean fenugreek, olive oil, borage oil (Wahaika's recipe) or any other homemade batter. I've read that it's possible since the massage stimulates prolactin and the fenugreek which mimincs the effects of estrogen are absorbed directly into the breast. Estrogen plus prolactin equals breast growth right???

I just want some opinions.

But when I opened it- I realized I had another question.

Because the extract is so dark in color, is there any possibility that it may stain or discolor the skin?
