I'm on Yaz birth control and I usually get my period on a Tuesday and it is over by Friday night, sometimes Saturday morning/afternoon. However this time I was still spotting a bit on Sunday. I'm pretty sure I'm done now though. That was my first period since starting greenbush's enhancement blend capsules, so I'm guessing it's possible there's a connection. What does this mean?

So im planing on starting NBE but i have a couple of questions if you guys could PLEASE answer!

So im on Birth Control. But im still looking for the right birth control, so im testing different kinds right now. I am wondering; Can i take Herbs while on Birth Control?

& well i've done my research; & i;ve learned that fenugreek shouldn't be taken with any other herbs before or after two hours? Is it true???

& Here is my last question. Can i take multiple herbs at the same time???
If so how many times a day? & if not, do i take different once at different times?

AHH im so confused!!!

BUT Here is the routine IM planning to take. Please tell me if theres anything i should add, take out, if it's too much, or if you have one that ACTUALLY works!!

For those of you that have had success with growth through herbs and massage, I have a question???
Did your breasts start to feel different to you during massage when you started to notice growth? My breasts have been tender recently and they also feel kind of lumpy inside. They really feel different than before.
I just wondered if this is part of the growth process?

Hi, I'm a new member and this is my first post. I had been reading some of the postings looking for information on breast enhancement. A week and 4 days ago I started using the natureday liquid called fullfilment. I don't know if it's my imagination but my breast feel tighter/fuller. I haven't measure myself but I did take a pic last night so in a week or so I can compare. Do any of you have experience with this product? I'm also concerned about gaining weight. She just received her 2 month supply of Zoft Gum & is planning on chewing 2 pieces the first month & then bumping up to 4, etc., etc. She was just wondering if it mattered when you took the gum? Do you chew one right after the other? Together? One in the morning & the other in the evening? Would it really matter???

Hi guys! I already got my pills today, FG and SP

I took FG and just want to ask..
Is it ok to take SP after taking FG?(sorry for the stupid question, but i really dont know how to take the herbs..) and I didnt wait for my period to come (bit excited)..
Is it really true that it is best to take the herbs in the first day of your period?

Do i need to take the herbs even if i have my period? coz some pills like commercial ones lets you stop during your period.. help!!!!

Im a bit confused....

I'm about a third of the way through the bottle of greenbush Enhancement Blend capsules, so that leaves me with say, 99 left. I'm taking 3, 3 times per day, leaving me with 11 days till I run out. BUT I'm at my house with my family and they are not the type to overlook a package to me that I never told them I ordered, even if there's nothing suspicious or unfamiliar/different looking about it.

So I guess I have a few options...

1) order the capsules anyway and hope my parents don't take much notice when it's delivered, and especially hope that they at least don't ask to see them.

2) buy capsules or extracts in a store of each herb that's in the Enhancement Blend. This would end up being a lot to bring on vacation and back, and hard to hide.

3) Take a break from internals (it's only been a month as of now) and only do massage with aloe vera and fenugreek.

4) Open up a PO box temporarily and get the greenbush Enhancement Blend capsules mailed there, so I can pick them up myself without parent interference lol. (That would cost money- I haven't looked into details though).

Maybe I sound like a freak but my parents are *really* frustrating and exhausting to deal with. It's not like I'd be in trouble; it'd just be a lot to explain (or a lot to make up ).

What do you think? Those of you for whom privacy is a concern- how do you usually manage?

[/size]i researched some herbs that support growth and saw palmetto among a couple of others was one i purchased from walmart. however when i got home i realized the bottle said "prostate health" on it. is this safe to take? also if any of you have tried some herbs that have worked particularly well i'd love to hear what seems to work best. i've not yet started the saw palmetto, but i recently started on soy isoflavones and black cohosh extract.
