hi there y'all! lately, new questions of curiosty just keep popping up.
i was wondering if anyone has had luck with saw palmetto only or as the main part of their nbe program? i was just wondering about that particular herb. thanks.

This may be kind of stupid, but I really am having trouble ordering my herbs from Starwest Botanicals. I know they sell wholesale and for personal use, but whenever I try to order it tells me to put in a username. When I try to get an account so I have a username, it won't give me one because I don't have a wholesale business. How do I just order for my own personal use? Do I need an account or is that only for wholesale? I just want my herbs

So I bought fenugreek from puritan's pride and I just realized that when I got my order it says "whole herb" on it. Will this work just as good as the seeds or is this a big nono. Thank you!

they were expensive.
for only a few capsules.

so i checked ebay it was like half the price.
but im not sure if its safe to buy that on ebay.
is there a trust worthy site for that

I have fenugreek, fennel, wild yam and saw palmetto in liquid form. Should I use them all at once and massage topically on my chest? Just use two and then in a few months use the other two? Any ideas?

I took Wonder Up, followed all the rules to the letter, got tingles in the first three months, then nothing! I continued to use Wonder Up for a total of 6 months with absolutely no change. Should I stick with herbs but try a different program? Or am I resistant and need a completely different avenue like BO?
