Hi everyone,
i have recently been using fenugreek and wild yam topically and have loved the results. but i have had many complaints of the strong aroma of maple syrup coming from my body. after days of hearing "You smell like syrup" i had to give up the fenugreek.
i now am looking into PM and saw palmetto as massage creams. Has anyone used either of these herbs and seen results.. especially from PM which i have read should work wonders..
Please any advise would be great.. im ready to start my NBH journey once again without any stops.

I have read that I should only be taking this during the luteal phase, but I was curious if it is bad to take it during my whole cycle. I absolutely LOVE the way it makes me feel, but just not sure if it was only during that time or if it will cause everything to slow or stop.

I've been trying Zoft Breast Gum for exactly five weeks and one day, as of yesterday (I haven't chewed it yet today)
So far, no noticeable difference. No pain or tingling, either, but I was warned it would probably take at least two months to notice anything different.
However, I did have my menstrual cycle in that time (duh) and I noticed it was very different than my usual cycles.
Normally, I'm ill or in pain (or both, actually) for the entire first day, and can't eat or drink much of anything. I live on pepto bismol chewables for the first several hours I'm awake (which is usually hours before I actually need to be awake, but I'm woken up in the wee hours of the morning by feeling awful)
This time, however, I only had mild discomfort. I was eating regularly and just feeling -slightly- crummy as opposed to absolutely awful. I didn't even know my period had started until that night, when I went to the bathroom!
Definitely strange for me, but also a definite improvement. I'd chew this gum for the rest of my life if I thought it would help me not have terrible periods.

I've started browsing through the old website and now this website and I had no clue that a forum like this is out in the open. I love it ALOT !! All of you are so informative and has so much knowledge! I get so happy when I read about how successful some of you are with your progress!
I haven't done exact measurements yet, but i'm a small 32b or a 34A
I hope to get to a full 32C!!!!!!
I don't plan on getting breast pumps or brava devices because they are too costly for me. I want to stick with herbal supplements, massages, and booby foods
Many of you have answered so many questions I had in the beginning, and I just want to say THANK YOU to all of you!
However, I've decided to start a plan of my own. Hopefully it turns out well.
Im planning to take,
Fenugreek twice a day each 610mg
Wild Yam Once a day each 425 mg
Soya milk with cereal in the morning
Also, massages for 10 minutes with baby oil. I'm still not sure how to make boobie batter..
I was a little hesitant about Saw palmetto because of the side effects.
I tend to break out under stress and hormonal changes, and it seems like SP seems more invasive? if you know what i mean.
I have a few questions for all you gurus!
1) Do you think this is enough? should I increase my dose or add another herb?
2) has anyone of you ever broke out taking herbal supplements like fenugreek and wild yam? I'm just afraid these herbs will cause an eruption!! Which I really hope to avoid.
3) Also, I want to ask when is the best time to take these supplements? Should I take it after dinner?.
Any input is welcome and appreciated.

I've read up on some threads for NBE and i know that greens are great in aiding with NBE so i've been trying to take in a lot of fruits and veggies but does anyone know if there are certain veggies that would hinder growth? I know the key to growth is promoting swelling and tissue growth but a lot of veggies like celery and asparagus (which i would assume would be good boobie foods) are supposed to be natural diuretics, along with peppers and some others. Does anyone know whether foods like these every day would be more harm than good for NBE? Thought this might be helpful advice for anyone like me who's curious.

So I have seen a couple of posts about this. But I am a bit unclear on when the growth period is. It seems that people say it is from Day 14 of your cycle to Day 28. Is that correct?
I see that some people increase their protein intake over that time.
Any thoughts?

I wonder for those of you that are taking/ using wild yam, A: What mg is most effective (low or high dose) also, would you recommend taking a capsule, or better luck with a cream?
I have been considering omitting saw palmetto from a blend of fenugreek and saw palmetto, replacing the SP with wild yam. (I have recently been told that SP causes weight gain)
I would love to hear all your thoughts on wild yam! Thank you!

I keep hearing that our bodies can acclimatize to the herbs we're taking. Have you found this to be true for you? If so, what did you do? I'm worried about stopping the herbs and maybe losingmy growth or going a step back. DO you switch between herbs, so one month use Fenugreek and next month use Fennel , etc.? Or maybe using herbs one month then BO next month then back to herbs, etc.? Or do you not worry about it unless your growth seems to stall and then either take a break or switch herbs or to BO?
