Only one of my boobs is showing signs of growth. the other is retarded apparently. i've always had trouble with using that side for nursing both my children i had trouble with it not producing milk and it beign to hard to suck out even with pump. now its not growing along side the other boob which has obviously gotten a little bigger Yesterday i did messages on the one side for about an hour to try to loosen the tissue up it helped a little but its back to normal today the tissue is a lot tighter then the other side. i keep breaking my PM tablets and making a paste for that side. idk what to do. i really dont like the idea of being flat chested anymore but on the other hand only having 1 boob is weird. lol

So I was at the organic store in my town looking for fennel extract, and when I was looking for it I found this little bottle called Mother's Lactation tonic. It has ingredients in it that could be used for breast enhancement, and I was wondering if any of you have tried it, or if it works
The ingredients are:
Chaste Tree berry (Vitex agnus-castus)
Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
Caraway seed (Carum carvi)
Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)
Anise seed (Pimpinella anisum)
Thoughts/opinions?
& Should it be taken with water, or massaged into breasts?

Hi everyone, I started this new thread to keep track of my personal breast enhancement achievements. Breastfeeding changed my small but nice round and firm 34B into barely A cups. I'm really do not feel comfortable with my breasts as they look "empty" ...

I'm in my first week of taking Breast Actives pills in combination with hops pills 2 times a day, as well as massaging my breasts with the Breast Actives cream at least 10 minutes per day. Also before rubbing the BA cream I try hydrating my breast skin with either emu oil or flax oil otherwise I feel the BA cream is not "liquid" enough and does not penetrate so much into the skin.

I also ordered the Noogleberry breast pump as I now feel a bit concerned taking natural products with the birth control pill, which I can't stop using. I will let you know when I get the pump and if I get any better results.

I will try to take pictures so that I can best note the results that I get but, as I'm sure you will understand, this is not an easy thing for someone that is not even showing her breasts to her husband to show them to other people!

So in short:
- currently 34A
- taking BA and hops pills in the morning and at night
- massaging with flax oil, then BA cream at least 10 mins/day
- waiting for Noogleberry pump to arrive
- Week 1 of Breast actives: no change but I know it will take so time to see results....

All of the tingling and swelling goes completely away during my Follicular Phase...Two of the main differences I see in the Follicular phase and the Luteal phase is that during the Follicular Phase, estrogen is lower and progesterone is way lower... Do you think it would be wise to increase one or both of these during the Follicular phase or will it effect my period. My tubes are tied so I'm not concerned about getting pregnant or anything. I just want bigger boobs ASAP.

Also, I know the dosage on these bottles are not for breast enhancement, does anyone know how much of each can be taken without getting sick? I will try my best to find info on that.

My Program:
Follicular Phase - Day 1 - 14
PM Ainterol - Twice/day = 1/morning, 1/night
Saw Palmetto 565mg - 1capsule 3 times/day
Maca Root 525mg - 1 capsule 3 times/day
Flaxseed Oil - Massage 1 capsule/breast each night

Luteal Phase - Day 15 - 28
Fenugreek 610mg - 2 capsules 3 times/day
Maca Root 525mg - 1 capsule 3 times/day
Flaxseed Oil - Massage 1 capsule/breast each night

I've been feeling oooober tired lately like jst OUt of it .... I've been taking fenugreek for almost 2 weeks n I've been feeling so out of it the past 3 days n today I see some spotting. Is this the fenugreek? Should I stop taking this :/

What are the best creams that people have used on their breasts that gave the best results? And how long did it take?

I found this site by the NYU med center to be very useful! Most interesting thing I learned so far, saw palmetto is not actually a phytoesterol. It might still have some boobie benefits, but not for that reason...I was thinking about buying some, but now I've reconsidered.

I'm a new NBE user but I've been lurking around for maybe 1-2 years already, and I would like to take herbal supplements for the benefit of NBE as well as other positive benefits such as thicker hair or better skin.

I just want to check if any of you that are taking Phytoestrogens such as Isoflavones, PM, Red Clover, or Fenugreek, ever experienced things like less oily hair and skin, thicker hair or anything positive?

I have done such a bit of research on Phytoestrogens and they seem to be promoting higher SHBG in the body thus binding more of hormones with more affinity to Testosterone.

I went to vitamin world to get progesterone but the lady said thats prescriptive and that Wil Yam Cream is just like it. is it really the same?? I wanted to just order the P.C online since I didnt know what stores they would be at but I keep hearing it should be USP approved n idk if the online ones are safe :o I have no idea what brand to get n stuff. please help!!

Hi Everyone! This is my first post. I've been trying nbe for about a month now, and I've seen some results. The other day I just bought more herbal supplements. This is a list of what I'm taking:
1. 1 Dong quai pill daily
2. 2 saw palmettos, but I put it in my tea in the morning.
3. Wild Yam, about 2 a day.
4. 2-3 Fenugreek pills daily

I was also using fennel extract for a few weeks and rubbing it into my breasts, but I ran out. I was going to buy a new bottle, but I saw this bottle called Mothers Milk Lactation Tonic. It has fenugreek, fennel, and anise so I thought it could work. I don't know if I should use it in massage, or into my water.
I've also been listening to that breast enhancing ringtone, I think it's called rockmelon. I haven't been doing it daily, but I've done some of this 15 minute breast enhancement hypnosis, you can find it on youtube. I've done the fat transfer massage daily too, if you look up chiyomilk on youtube you can find a video of her doing it.
I don't know if any of you have heard of it, but I saw some post about breast slapping. Does anyone know how good that it works?
