So I was on fenugreek for 2 weeks n noticed I was spotting (brownish color) n that happend b4 wen I tried fenugreek so it didnt really surprise me. So I stopped taking fenu n like 4 days later I took milk thistle.. So far I've only had 3 milk thistle tablets (one a day) and when I went to pee I had bright orangey red spotting.. Just wanted to know if it's the milk thistle? My hormones changing?? Ahh idk any thoughts?! I hate this random bleeding specially in the bedroom when it's sexy time -_-

Hey guys, so I have been reading hundreds of you guys threads on the best NBE, but I'm still unsure where to start. I have been using breast actives for about a month now, I dont see any results. 'My next plan is to buy Fenugreek but I hear it makes u grow fat everywhere including your stomach! I was think about mixing fish oil and Flax-seed oil while taking maca? I may even purchase noogleberry? Any comments about what has/is working for you? since i am a college student I am looking for the most inexpensive and easy way for NBE and i dont want to take more tht 3 different herbs because I don't want my body to not be cleansed, so any suggestions?

It was my goal bra but I believe its true to size on the band. Im a 30 band and its a 32 size D.

I tried it on on the tightest and it fits however, I really want to wear a the correct size so that I can wear it on the loosest hook.


Its a beautiful baby blue lace bra with wide straps and cleverly made to prevent back fat rolls.Sexy and feminine. So Im working on my breasts and butt at the same time. More butt than breasts though...

I heard that maca only works if your hormones are already unbalanced. I though would it be a good idea to balance first with mace for a while then try the fenugreek or saw palmetto to increase my estrogen. Or should I do the estrogen first?

I've been using spearmint tea as a natural testosterone blocker but i've also been drinking a tea that is made for cleansing the body/liver. It has ingredients like milk thistle, dandillion...etc... Do you think that by drink the detox tea, It will prevent my spearmint tea from working like it's suppose to (increase estrogen, block androgens) ?

So this is my plan right now. First of all I am 23, had 2 kids, size 32AA maybe even smaller and have been playing around with natural breast enhancement for about a year but have never kept to the same regimen for more than 1-2 months. I know bad idea. I am the impatient type. Well I was reading some posts about progesterone and learning that if you're estrogen dominant then you gain weight in your thighs and hips in which I do. I gain no weight in my chest. I also have very flat and small nipples. I am rather skinny too. I am 5'9" and about 120-125 pounds fluctuates around there. Well I am thinking progesterone cream is something I may need. I took milk thistle and it did nothing. Right now my regimen is:
1 saw palmetto 3 times a day
1 fenugreek 3 times a day
1 red clover 3 times a day
Also my measurements (if I'm doing them right) are:
Above bust: 31.5"
Over bust: 31"
Under bust: 29"
I also do the chi rotation massage with sweet almond oil with a couple drops of Natureday's extract in it (Natureday did nothing much for me). This is all I am doing so far. Should I add in a progesterone cream if so do you rub it into the breasts? If so, what is the best method? I have heard of also rubbing it into the wrists.

So I am a mom of two children and have very underdeveloped breasts even after two pregnancies. I was a 32A bordering 32B in high school. Now after my son who's almost two I'm a 32aa maybe even smaller... I'm so depressed... I've tried Natureday for a couple months, a few weeks of massage, and greenbush enhancement blend and just nothing has helped. I'm now doing 1 capsule 3 times a day of each fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red clover...any advice? I'm 5'9 and fluctuate between 120-125 I know I'm thin. Also is the chi massage hands going down the middle and up the sides in other words right hand on right breast clockwise when looking down and left going opposite? Ugh so frustrated some help be nice...

I am only 21 but I have had two children, both of which I breastfed and now my breasts are a very small B, my right breast is noticeably smaller than my left and I have serious sagging issues....I know NOTHING about herbal supplements, creams, or suction systems. I need to a direction to go in. Please help.

I'm wanting to add flax to my program. Just wondering if any one has any thoughts/experience on massaging with flax oil, taking a flax oil capsule, or taking ground flax meal (whole seed) as part of your diet? I'm just wondering because I'm on a pretty tight budget so I'd love to know your thoughts before I start experimenting!
