BAD NEWS! ive got another cyst under my other armpit and its also painful! the old one hasnt disappeared and ive been treating it with antibiotic. I wonder if this is caused by an of supplements im taking... is one of them making my body produce more sebum, that seems to be getting trapped under my skin and causing cysts?
All my friends keep telling me not to worry and that they all experience this every now and then since its 40 degrees, with heat and sweat apparently its expected. I also have a fever and inflamed tonsils so im just having a bad day

AA do you use antiperspirants or deodorant with antiperspirant in it?
overusing antiperspirants can cause small sores/cysts in your armpits.
I don't sweat a lot, but I like to use certain dri to not sweat at all and whenever I use it too often, I develop little cysts. They go away in a few days though!

I haven't switched deodorants but I think I know why I've been getting them. I recently started using this new lotion made of almond oil, vitamin E and another oil. Ever since I started using it, ive been getting small pimples on my body that I never got before and then the cysts, I finally made the connection. I obviously stopped using it and hope the cysts go away on their own. I really have to listen to my body more and stop disregard small things.

I haven't been doing so well, been stuck at home for over 10 days, my city has turned into a war zone so I'm just staying put and having faith in god.
I'm trying to not get frustrated so all I'm doing is just reading novels to lose myself in another world and zone out the sound of explosions.
Boobs are going through their own thing, I think they they will grow soon. I added vitex this luteal. Will measure in a week when this cycle ends. But I lost about 2 kilos, fasting and stress is effecting me. Also experiencing horrible breakouts. Not having the best month I guess.

I've been following the same program for 2 cycles now. PM in follicular and PC in luteal. Unfortunately don't have any more PM so I've decided on adding Fenugreek in luteal with PC and nothing in follicular. I haven't measured myself in a month, last I measured I was 35.5 inches. Now they look smaller, or maybe they're in the process of growing.
I gained 4 pounds, all went to my belly and butt. I am losing my hourglass figure.
I've had a lot of problems so I haven't been in the best state of mind. I'm super frustrated though, I'm staying with my cousin who has huge boobs and it's making me feel very self conscious.
A guy friend of mine made a comment recently that the bigger my butt gets, the more pear shaped I become since my boobs are a b cup.
That definitely made me feel like I'm very small and not a D, like I've been thinking.
I haven't been able to massage but I'm planning on get back to the swing of things soon.
