Help! I'm spotting! It's the 22nd day of my cycle, not sure if I'm just spotting or got my period early... What can be the cause of that?? Why would 10 days of taking PM (5th-14th) cause this?? Anyone experienced this??
Ughhhhhh I was so happy that I didn't experience any side effect, was planning on upping my dose next cycle.

Did you do a hormone test before you started taking PM?
I took a hormone test before starting NBE about 7 months ago. All normal except for low progesterone. When I started applying PC I spotted but I haven't since and I've read up on that and it was a normal reaction since I was low on it.
I'm reading on PM and one of the side effects is spotting, either because of high dosage (which isn't my case) or it's just at the beginning then it doesn't happen again. Il keep reading about it, hoping someone that tried it would tell me if happened to then, Bonita? Ceci?

Which other herbs do you take at the moment? Or do you take only PM and PC?
Yeah, Just PM and PC. So far I've experienced no cramps, no luteal swelling and barely any PMS. Which is quite reassuring, means I'm not becoming estrogen dominant and I'm somewhat balanced.
I swear the best thing about NBE is that it regulated my period (for the most part) and put a stop to my extremely painful cramps.
Hopefully this spotting stops and I don't experience it in my next cycle, planning on continuing with PM 500mg but not upping my dose.

How long is your cycle normally? Maybe you took PM for too long and you ovulated on day 13 or 14 and that's the reason why you are spotting now?
29 days and I took the last one on day 14 so I day before I ovulate... Will start next time on day 4 instead of 5 and end it day 13 just in case
