Sounds like its too small if all your breast can't fit inside easily what size did you get?
Large... Shouldn't it stay on easily if it was too small?
This is how I use the K. pump: First I put oil on my boobs. Then I connect one cup to the pump, I bend forward and let all my breast tissue fall into the cup and then I pump until there is enough pressure. I press down the green airlock and that's it. Then I repeat the process on the other side. I never had problems that the cups fall off. I can move around with them, do the household etc.
There's something wrong with one of my cups, one I can get to stay on, tried it on both boobs and it works. The other won't stay on and it's as if it has a hole in it or something because air keeps escaping, tried it on both boobs and it won't work.
I pump 2 times a it gets sucked in half way through the cup but after 5 minutes it turns blue. If I pump it 3 times it turns blue straight away
Is it possible that the green airlock is not connected with the pink piece (dont know how to call it)? If yes, just push the pink part up until it connects with the green airlock. I had the same problem.

At the beginning I pumped only 3-4 times, in the meantime I pump 7-8 times.
Is there a difference between the cups? Do you see a hole or something? There must be a reason why only one cup works and the other not.
Do you pump all at one time or pump once then wait and so on?
I think it might be too wide for me because it's touching my sternum all the way to almost my armpits (that's where the air keeps escaping) at the same Time it's not holding all my tissue
So obviously you can't wear both cups at the same time, since you are very petite? What is your underbust measurement? Mine is 29 and I have no problem to wear both cups at the same time. I pump 7-8 times without pause, then push down the green airlock and after 10-15 times I take off the cups and massage my boobs. Then repeat the process.
Did you try to bend forward that ALL tissue falls into the cup?
