Sounds like my best friends ex-hubby!! He MUST be the KING of assholes!!!!! For instance; she moved here from the east coast just to be with him (they met online when she was 16 and he told her he was only 23, but he was really 34!!!!), so she called him up to help her move into her new apartment, he said he'd be right over, but he never showed up!! She called again, he said he'd be there, but never showed!! Finally, she got tired of waiting and moved in by herself. Her new neighbor saw her moving in and offered to help. She accepted. When they were done, he raped her!! (She WAS a virgin!!!!) She never told her B/F about it until a year later, and, when she did, instead of being sympathetic, he had the NERVE to accuse HER of CHEATING ON HIM with the RAPIST!!!!
Trust me, I could tell you stories of this utter shit he's pulled on her and is STILL trying to pull on her to this day, even though they've been separated for 2 years and just divorced!! Like; he told her a few months ago that as far as he's concerned, their daughter (she just turned 5) is not HIS daughter and he demanded a paternity test be done on her!! I KNOW my friend does NOT sleep around!!!! She is EXTREMELY loyal!!!!
Anyway, I'm glad you had YOUR asshole removed!! I hope your operation wasn't as painful as my friends!! If he tells you he wants you back, just tell him, "I already HAVE ONE asshole in my panties, I don't NEED another!!"

Oops!! I forgot to add...I don't know that I complimented my ex-G/F very often, but I KNOW I told her (and showed her) NUMEROUS times every day that I love her!! Except for one VERY brief incident in our 10 years together, she was NEVER devoid of love!!!! And, even though I was VERY pissed at her that one time, I STILL loved her VERY much!!!!

Oh! And I meant to mention in my last post to you but I wanted to ask you how much protein you take in one sitting? And how often do you take your protein throughout the day? Because that is a huge aspect of the figure builder's diet that is really important....

For protein, I get 14g from my boost drinks and 20g from my whey protein. I usually have a boost in the morning, and after a workout I will add a scoop of protein to the boost for a mega 34g protein drink. And now I've started buying Clif Energy bars, they are actually really good compared to some bars. They have 250 calories and 11g of protein. Hmm and then in my oatmeal, if I have it for breakfast or as an evening snack I add 2-3 tbsp. of hemp hearts so that is about 6-9g of protein. And then also regular meat (like sandwich meat or chicken) at lunch but I try to keep meat to a minimum since I'm wanting my diet mostly alkaline . And on top of that I've also been eating peanut butter & banana sandwiches. So I am proteining up as much as possible! On days I don't work out though I tend to get less protein since I don't mix my whey up.

The L-Theanine works well paired with sleep aids that contain GABA if you are prone to waking up in the night. If you take the ones with GABA and still wake up, taking a theanine will reactivate the GABA in a way. Lots of theanine in white tea too and it tastes soo good, like green tea but more delicate.

My PM came!! I would recommend Siam Naturals to anyone, such quality!!! They sent me two samples too, one of a face mask and the other of a powder makeup primer. Big samples!! They did not skimp.

So I have started taking PM, right now also on Yaz cause I had to get my mirena taken out but I now have the copper IUD so I will be going off yaz soon.

And still working hardcore on my skin. I've been drinking 1 tbsp. of turmeric in some milk for the past week. I hate it so much. But whatevs. I know it's estrogenic but I have priorities, my skin before boobies.

I've kinda started my squats... I can only get to 30. I hate those too. Tomorrow at 6am I start weighted squats!! I've also been doing weighted hip abductions and weighted clams for my hips. So we'll see if a booty magically appears in the next few months. They've been really good for my core, my tummy has a nice lil 6pack going on when I flex hard.

Oh and ps my pics are down now, I'm assuming that anyone who reads my page saw them so no need to keep them out there. When I have some worthy progress I will post again.

Ohhh. I keep forgetting how much I've progressed. I finally meditated today!!! After months of wanting to I finally did it. Now to keep doing it. I've been attempting to send energy to my chakras to heal them also. Makes me feel wonderful.

Me too!! I just wish I could have some!! After she started cheating on me 12 years ago, I broke it off and haven't been lucky enough to find someone new since then! :-(

That is horrible it isn't worth staying with someone who is cheating on you. It always seems hardest to find someone when you are looking doesn't it? Someone amazing tends to come along only once you are fed up with looking for them. But I guess there is always the option of online dating sites! Its a nice fallback option to meeting people

Well, we had a very trusting relationship. I see no reason in being jealous of my g/f just because she has male friends. I knew she was madly in love with me, at least until our 9th year together. I had no way to know she was cheating on me! She'd always call him her FRIEND, David. But, even though they were engaged, she'd STILL call him her FRIEND, David!!
During our last year "together" she'd been spending nearly every holiday with him. I didn't like it, but I wasn't jealous or thinking she's cheating on me. So, I called her up in Nov. to ask if she was coming for Thanksgiving and, again she said she was going to spend it with him. I jokingly asked her, "What are you gonna do, marry the guy?" She said, "Well..............yeah."
OVER THE PHONE, SHE TELLS ME THIS??????????
Then she says, "I thought you knew!". She said they're going to get married and move to Wyoming!! SHE'S FROM INDIA!!!! She can't even go out in 70 degree weather without a sweater!!
Y'know what he does for a living? He rummages through peoples' garbage, puts odd bits of it together in strange ways, takes pictures of it and sells the pictures to magazines as art!! One piece I saw was a toaster with the metal spindle from a record player attached to one of the slots and a record sitting on top waiting to be "played".
A year after I dumped her, she dumped HIM!! I blew 10 years of my life with her and she blew him off after only one year!! She wouldn't tell me why she dumped him, she got scared and said, "He's a killer!!!! Don't even ask!!!"
She still wants to be friends, but I'd rather have nothing more to do with her.

I weighed myself yesterday morning, 120lbs before breakfast!! At my lowest I was 114, last time I weighed I was 117. I think most of it went to my bum and thighs cause my pants are fitting snug and I am looking bootylish. But now I REALLY need to start toning it up hardcore.
