Thanks, glad to be of service!

You know we still have that bet on whether I'll need support before the end of the year Tongue

Hmm... I'll need to keep that in mind. Not that I was ever particularly likely to buy any VS bra's anyways. So far I'm quite fond of Vassarette, at least for sports bras and Bandeaus. Hane's comfort bra's are kinda nice too.

When I actually start needing support I'll probably still just buy cheap, which'll most likely be Vassarette and Hanes. I'll just be able to get other styles than just bandeau's, comfort bra's, and sports bras. The whole "one size" thing == flat works too!

I honestly can't say what size I'll be happy at yet. Honestly, I think our body shapes are quite similar, so maybe I'll aim for the same as you. Big Grin
I actually didn't start wearing bras until NBE, because of my scoliosis (that's also why I wore bands waaayyy too big for me). Even for small breasts, I like a sexy little demi bra; they're my favourite overall. Of course, I always end up buying demis and then by the time my breasts start growing even the slightest, I've got a wardrobe malfunction. ^^; I've never been big on brand before, but after this VS bra, I wouldn't want to listen to other people's opinions on "great bras" anyway. Everyone acted like this would be the best bra I've ever had. It's one of the worst. :/

MY CORSET CAME IN LAST NIGHT!!! I'm so excited! I'm still breaking it in today, so I won't be wearing it too tight or for too long. I'm probably going to wear it for about four hours, then another two or three tonight. I just can't wait to go tighter and tighter!!! It's so sexy. I'll have to upload pics later. ;P I wanted to tightlace with this one, but the laces aren't heavy duty and wouldn't be able to tolerate it. I'm still not sure if I'll just take things slow like usual or buy a new pair of laces later on to tightlace.

This thing is so well made. It better last me a year at least. I'm sure I'll need a new size by then, maybe sooner, but I'd still love to keep this one even after I outgrow it just to wear out. Yes, it's that beautiful. My plain black shirts go surprisingly well with it, so maybe making outfits won't be that hard.

I'm just so excited to finally be corset training. I've wanted a real corset my whole life, but never really looked into it before because it's so hard to find a real corset. I will be a lifetime corsetter from this point on! Big Grin My back feels incredibly relieved already.
How do you take deep breaths from your belly with a corset?

Hi Doll - what site is this BHM. Do you have the web address or a direct link for me. Many thanks
Suspiria, I know your against corsets based on what you've said in other threads, but I would like to point that this is a decision being made voluntarily by an adult, not one being forced on a child or heavily imposed by society the way it would have been in the 19th century. It's also worthwhile to point out that the displacement of organs during pregnancy is much greater than the displacement caused by corsets. I don't think it's reasonable to believe that corsets are extremely dangerous, especially without proof. I also don't think that it's fair to frame it as a moral issue, where anyone who chooses to wear a corset is making an immoral choice and/or stupid choice. I hope you'll read this article and at least take it into consideration: http://www.thelingerieaddict.com/2012/05...orset.html
Oooh Doll I am so excited for you!! Can't wait to see you with it on, do take pics! Where did you get this one from I may look at a shorter length corset soon also. And you're right the back support is pretty good. I'll be following your progress closely!
Thanks for that link Moccachino, I really enjoyed reading it. Some very good myths dispelled there.
AWESOME!

Can't wait to read about how you get on with it!

One of these days I'll be adding a corset as well... I'm going to be watching you and mocha both like a hawk to help me decide whether to just go with the pre-fab punk69 corset or to order a custom one from mocha's corsettier.
Hello all! As far as my NBE goes, I know a few pages back I posted my current plan, but I've since changed it. I'm not going to post my current plan at the moment because I'm in the process of ramping up my herbs to try to reach a growing point. I'm afraid to ramp up the red clover because of what a strong phytoestrogen it is, but I'll probably have to end up doing that in order to see results. That means I'll probably have to ramp up my maca as well to make sure my hormones remained balanced. I know my hormone levels are just barely normal with my current regimen, and aren't high by any means, so increasing my doses really shouldn't be a problem.

As far as the corset goes, it's the third day, and I already feel like a pro at lacing. I can get it on in about five minutes already. I really thought that would take more practice. ^^; Breathing at this point isn't a problem, but I'm probably only being cinched in by 2 or 3 inches on the inside of my corset, too. Corsetting should still never cause breathing issues, although I could see how once I get smaller and smaller it's going to be slightly more difficult and I will need to adapt to different breathing patterns. I have allergies as of this year, too, so I'm already learning how to take shallower breaths anyway. :/ It doesn't expand when you breathe the same way the Squeem does, but it doesn't prevent taking a full breath of air, either.

My back feels born again new! Sooo much better than any "support" the Squeem provided. Last night I put my corset back on after work, and after about two hours, my ribs started to hurt again. But they're already still tender from the Squeem and are more pliable than a lot of people's ribs somehow, so they'll probably shift pretty fast--a LOT faster than with the flexible Squeem! I feel like it isn't very tight around the curve in my waist, but when I took it off yesterday after a 5-hour wear, I had the boning marks on my sides, so I guess it's just pulling me in more than I realize. ^^; Plus it hasn't quite been broken in yet.

I bought the corset from this listing:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/130617078816?var...1497.l2649
Unfortunately the prices were just raised, but now it seems that they're all the same price regardless of colour choice (probably because that was a complaint of mine because of the way eBay displayed the price difference improperly). Glad I bought mine when I did!

Also~
BHM is BlackHairMedia forums. Now they seem to be even slower than over here, however, so I don't visit over there as much anymore. ^^; Great forums to find body enhancement solutions regardless! (Go to Body Types)
@ moccachino-- I asked that out of actual curiosity. I don't think i'd wear a corset, but I had always heard it's very difficult to breath properly in them. Which I think one should not compromise their breathing--- ever. So I wanted to know how one can take a deep breath in them.

Also, yeah, I've heard many horrible stories about corsets in my life. Split ribs, bruising, fainting, displaced organs, yeah-- you name it. Seems like too much invasiveness for beauty-- like implant surgery. But I'm sure there are gentler ways of wearing a corset than all that.
