Thank you Smile what may I ask is your diet/workout routine?
What ever happened to your friend? Did she continue with her program?

Quote:I'm so sore today. I got my Volufiline in the mail yesterday! :3 I don't think that's adding to the soreness, but who knows. I've also been taking maca protein instead of regular protein, so my entire body is so sore right now from my workouts! I hope this means it'll help build more muscle, especially since I'm afraid of losing my butt with all the walking/jogging I've been doing. I hope to be at a 25" waist in two weeks, but then again, now that my bloating's gone, I don't know if making such a loss so quickly is possible. ^^; As of right now, I'll be able to lose 2 pounds a week with my diet/exercise, so it could still happen. I'm sure losing 4lbs of fat will make a good difference in my stomach. Smile

What volufiline cream did you order? I should be getting mine in the mail any day now. I am so excited for it! Smile
Also, I have used MyFitnessPal, as well. It's really great to help you be more aware of what you are putting into your body. It really helped me! Good luck!

I've cut my calories down to 1,500 a day, and I try to walk/jog every day for AT LEAST a half hour, closer to an hour if I can handle it, and walk at least a half hour at night. This is in addition to weight training two to three days out of the week. So far, actually, I haven't lost any weight, but instead GAINED it because I ran out of probiotics. =_= I should be losing two pounds a week, but my body has a particularly difficult time breaking down and burning fat for whatever reason, even with supplements to help it along, so I may be out of luck...

I still have this slight bulge in my lower tummy, so I've been wrapping my stomach every day for at least a few hours with my fat burning cream. I may also try different diets to test for a gluten allergy or insulin resistance that might be causing it. Hopefully it's just fat... Sad

Lol She's using Grobust now (she saw it at VitaShoppe and got really excited that it was just as much as paying for all the herbs separately, so she bought it). She's still using the progesterone cream, although I believe she missed this cycle because she ran out. She also bought Female Hormone Blend Sp-7c Black Cohosh and is using those as well, although just the bare minimum since she's also using Gro. She bought Volufiline with me as well. ^^; She stopped using the other herbs, and is just finishing off her Saw Palmetto I believe. She's still waiting for results, but finally experienced the crazy painful growing pains that I usually get. She was taking a good bit of herbs to experience that. Still no real growth. We're really trying for her! She swelled a full cup size when she started PC, so we're hoping we'll be able to find something that can give her those results again. :/ She's going to cleanse this month and restart on the program she's on (it's been about four months since her last cleanse), so hopefully that clean slate will make something finally work.

I ordered Eveline SLIM EXTREME 3D PUSH-UP. It smells so good! And it's pretty cheap. They're having a sale on their website right now: http://www.evelinecosmeticsusa.com/ I just found a fat burning cream on their website, I want to try that now. It probably smells better than this cream I bought. The one I have smells like bengay. >.< Did you get the same cream? Or which one did you buy? Girl, you'll have to keep me updated on your results! We can compare! Lol
MyFitnesspal has really helped me track my food, and even it says I should be losing at least two pounds a week, but for some reason, I still can't lose weight. I'm hoping it's just because the first week or so gets the ball rolling and fat loss doesn't usually occur because of it...I really hope it's not something wrong with me...
WOW. Congratulations on your growth!!! Big Grin

I've been MIA for a little bit now after being a little discouraged from not getting any type of growth or swelling after trying Ultra Breast for about 6 months.

I just decided to come back on the forum and I read your thread, and I am very inspired!!! I am definitely considering just trying a combination of individual herbs. I want to try fenugreek and saw palmetto, but I am not sure how to figure out dosing.

What did you do to figure out what was the optimal dosage of each herb?

Thanks in advance!

Well, first off, glad to hear you're back and ready to give things a second try! Sometimes things won't work for everyone, so it's usually a good general rule to stick to something for 3-4 months, and can it if you don't see or feel any results in that time.

To figure out my perfect dose, I slowly ramped up in the beginning. Start low, maybe like 1,000mgs, and each week add another 500mgs until you start feeling a change in your body. This change may not necessarily be growth or growing pains, but even a difference in mood or hair growth. Stay at this dose for a good trial period, and then if you feel like it's still not enough for growth, ramp up a little bit more and test that. Unfortunately, there's no perfect way to figure out something like dosing, so just go with your intuition and listen to your body. Stronger herbs like red clover should always be at lower doses than everything else, so look into the individual properties of each herb before starting, and good luck! I hope you find what works for you this time!

Unfortunately, despite my incredibly tender/sore breasts these past few weeks, I've got no growth to report. I wonder if I may need higher doses at this point. I can't really afford to take many more pills. I might try Grobust like my friend, and use that in low doses in addition to my current herbs. It has a few other herbs in it, and adding them might help my body get back into the growing stages again. I will give this PC another month to start getting results, and then try that if I don't see anything. Man, I had no idea this last cup would e such a struggle. It seemed like it would be so easy...I've been going through the archives to get more perspective, and I'm going to get back on my Zinc supplement again. That may be part of the problem...

Thanks for the quick response!! I will do what you suggested and slowly up the doses until my body has some sort of a reaction... I'd be happy even if I had half of your growth!
Well, I hope that you do! Good luck, girlie!

Still no growth, but I'm back on my Zinc and Super B Complex, so hopefully that will make the difference. My breasts are a little bit smaller, but are also fuller and very, VERY tender. I realized today that is usually what they do around my monthly before they start growing again so...let's hope this trend continues! For some reason, my breasts seem to be at their BIGGEST on the fifth day of my monthly. So we'll see in about a week if they're going to begin growing or not. Smile I hope I didn't begin my vitamins and minerals too late!

I also ordered my corset finally, so we'll see how that goes! And I've been using 10lb dumbbells for my butt workouts, and even though I just lost an inch from dieting and exercise, I've already gained it back. If this growth continues, I'll reach my goal of 42" in no time! (I'm so close to 41" again, and have long surpassed my original 40" goal!) My current stats are 36-26-40.5. Originally, I'm guessing I was around 33-27-36, so I really have come a long way. It's been such a journey. I need to stop getting hung up on my goals and focus more on what I've already accomplished. I look like a completely different person already. Everyone mentions how I look like I've put on so much more healthy weight now. I feel stronger. Heck, I can do leg circles and tricep kickbacks with 10lbs now! I struggled to do those things with 2lbs in the past! Big Grin

So, congrats to me, I really need to start realizing how huge this really is! Everyone here deserves a huge thank you as well. You've all helped encourage me and teach me along the way. I wouldn't be here without you ladies. You really are my driving inspiration. Thank you, a million times, thank you!

EDIT:
Apparently my problem this whole time has been called PCOS. Didn't know there was a name for it. It also causes insulin resistance, which makes weight loss incredibly hard. I had a feeling that was my problem. So it's no wonder this program has worked so incredibly well for me; I just happened to get my hormones balanced from my original doses. However, my growth isn't going as well anymore, and while I know part of it is the new hormone imbalances (I really hope fixing the imbalance will show just a little more growth), this may mean that this is how much I would have grown breasts on my own had I never had this problem, and that growth from here on out is going to be much harder. I want to start drinking spearmint tea twice a day during the first half of my cycle to see if that can help balance me even more. Zinc should also be able to help with this problem, so I'm glad I'm back on it. I'm learning how to adjust my diet for insulin resistance, and it looks like I have to limit carbohydrates. Sad And to think all I thought I would learn about myself through NBE was going to be how to grow breasts...

Also, AbiDrew85 has suggested Saw Palmetto extract rather than the berries I've been buying. It means I'll be able to take a lot less a day to get the same results, and will save some money. For the rest of you ladies, regular SP might still do the trick in low doses, but for my incredibly high T-levels, I need around 2,500-3,000mgs a day to see results. This is all putting my program in a completely different perspective. There's so much to learn with NBE, it seems it never ends.

I might end up trying PM eventually if this program no longer is able to give me growth, because those with PCOS usually report the best growth with it. There's so much more research to be done at this point. Wish me luck!
ok, so i'll be starting this program tomorrow since i've spent the last week taking milk thistle to cleanse my system. How often should I measure/take photos of myself? Is it ok to just jump in with this dosage of herbs?[/align]
It's always best to start lower and slowly ramp up. Especially if you don't even know where your starting point is.

Also. Doll's current program is the result of her having done lots of gradual experimentation until finding a combination, completely by accident, that naturally corrects her PCOS she didn't even know she had.

Anyone with naturally balanced hormones would be unlikely to benefit from any program based on this one... Sorry, but it's just a basic truth.
