Well if it's helping with blood flow, then it's still helping! Hopefully it continues to help! I really should invest in one, but I know I won't anytime soon. I'm already buying so much right now. ^^;
I have just purchased all of your reccomended herbs, they should be arriving soon. I have not tried herbal enhancement before. I tried several forms of bovine ovary, but none were successful. I feel that we are similar, I just stopped growing as a teen..and even when I gained weight and filled out...my boobs just never came Sad I really hope to get even half the success you have! Wish me luck Smile

Oh wow, I'm so glad I could be such an inspiration to you! Best of luck with your program! I hope it works for you as well as it worked for me! I just started on maca again to help stabilize my hormones better (even with the pc), so you might want to look into trying that as well. And don't forget your protein! Wink

Start with one a day (usually 500mgs), and don't increase until you stop seeing any negative side effects that might occur (usually 1-2 weeks). Then, increase like that until you reach the max dose that you feel you can handle and that helps you feel more leveled. For most women, that will be around 1,500mgs, although some have been able to take around 3,000mgs to get good results. It all depends on your body. 1,500mgs max should be good for the first few months or so as you adjust to it. But after every cleanse, you need to ramp up again. I started maca again, and I'm not seeing an increase in acne yet; my acne's actually been getting better (but that could be because I've started walking/sprinting every day, and it's causing me to sweat out all my impurities, and then I of course shower afterwards to further cleanse my pores). My hormones finally seem like they're starting to stabalize again, and I'm getting slight pains and seem to be growing again. Maybe my HGH will also increase from the sprinting and will help, too.

My waist has already dropped from a large 27" to a regular 26" from a few days of exercise and extreme dieting. I guess my natural waist is about 24-23", because this 26" still looks huge on me! Blush I really thought it would take corset training to hit that size, but it looks like I'll be able to do it naturally before I even start training! I can't wait to see how large my breasts look on that small a waist! Corset training from there will truly give me an anime body.

That's great that you are losing inches off your waist! So jealous. I have a 28 inch waist, but 40 inch hips so it looks pretty small. Also, what kind of cleanse should I do before I start?

Big hips/butt always make a waist look smaller! Unfortunately, because my natural frame is so small, 27" on me actually looks really big and disgusting and somehow made my butt look smaller! I looked up pictures online and most women can even have a 29", 30", 31" waist, and with a big butt, it still looks small! I guess it's the type of fat that I developed that gave me the awful, weird shape. :/ Milk Thistle is a good cleanse. Take it for a week or two before you start, that'll clear all your excess hormones out of your body so you can begin with a clean slate! Smile

My breasts are incredibly sore again. This usually happens during a growth spurt, so I hope that's what this is! I just have one more cup to go, I'm so close!!! My Volufiline cream is also coming in today, so with all luck, I'll be getting some great growth here soon!
Is milk thistle a pill, or a powder...or something else? Should I just google milk thistle cleanse?

It's a pill, you can buy it almost anywhere. They list the dose on the bottle, just take that for a week or so. I took more than the suggested dose and didn't see any side effects (I didn't read the bottle lol), but I can't promise the same for you, so I'd rather just suggest you do the regular dose.

I'm so sore today. I got my Volufiline in the mail yesterday! :3 I don't think that's adding to the soreness, but who knows. I've also been taking maca protein instead of regular protein, so my entire body is so sore right now from my workouts! I hope this means it'll help build more muscle, especially since I'm afraid of losing my butt with all the walking/jogging I've been doing. I hope to be at a 25" waist in two weeks, but then again, now that my bloating's gone, I don't know if making such a loss so quickly is possible. ^^; As of right now, I'll be able to lose 2 pounds a week with my diet/exercise, so it could still happen. I'm sure losing 4lbs of fat will make a good difference in my stomach. Smile
