Supps/Routine Second Opinion? (Contains Links to Very Good Info!)

#1
Lightbulb

First post!
I am 29yo; 34B; 5'9"; 140lbs.

Current Plan (Cycling recommendations?)
AM&PM
  • 20g Ground Flax Seed in water
  • 10g Full Fat Soy Flour in 200mL whole milk (E, Progesterone)
  • 2300mg Fenugreek & 375mg Blessed Thistle capsule (E, Progesterone, Prolactin)
  • 1mL (~1000mg) Red Clover Oil
  • 400mg DGL Licorice extract (10:1) (E, Prolactin, Anti-Androgen)
  • 650mg GABA (growth hormone)
  • 80mg Vitex (progesterone)
  • 50mg (10g gel equivalent) Soft gel Aloe Vera
NOON
  • 400mg Magnesium
TOPICAL
BEFORE ROUTINE (As per Lotus' recommended ratio)Aloe Gel 2-3 parts; Macadamia Oil 0.5 part; 1mL Red Clover oil; 0.5mL Turmeric oil.
AFTER ROUTINE: IsoSensual Breast cream (Volufiline)

I am still waiting for more knowledge before I place orders, but I am currently on Fenugreek+Blessed Thistle and Magnesium and have been doing suckling for a couple weeks, just started massage.

I have read quite a bit, (especially from Lotus, thank you so much <3) and am considering the balance of ER-alpha and beta as well as the ratio of E to Progesterone. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything, this place spraaawwls. I also wanted a second opinion on supplements types and dosages before ordering. It seems like I have checked all the boxes without having too much, the Full Fat Soy Flour is very nutritious and high fat and has lots of E and Progesterone. It seems like PM would be too much in this routine and that E is already well accounted for.

"low dose esstential fatty acids (eg-EPO) 2000 mg and 2000 mg omega 3's, coconut oil 2000 mg will have a big effect on ER-a bioavailability over straight use of phytoestrogens. And for more depth, RC, Vitex, Hops all have an ER-alpha affinity. Balance with turmeric, green tea, progesterone, WP, reishi and boobie friendly foods that's been shared and its a solid program." (Lotus)

From this herb thread: https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=28945I have found that my supplements (at least what is in their herb list) are:
  • 4 for Estrogen (Fenugreek, Licorice, Soy, Red Clover)
  • 3 for Progesterone (Fenugreek, Vitex, Red Clover)
  • 2 for Prolactin (Fenugreek, Soy)
  • 1 for Anti-Androgen (Licorice)

Routine AM&PM:

  1. 15 minute workout (warmup and cardio)
  2. 5min heat (breast heating pads)
  3. light slaps then 10min Chi & 10min Deer
  4. Volufiline cream (IsoSensuals Breast Cream)
  5. compression bra
  6. TENS Unit 10mins ever 2-3 hours (Massage, low; still waiting for this in the mail; this is recommended in protocols for inducing lactation to stimulate nerves and expand milk ducts).

Thank you all, really hoping for a second opinion. Smile  There is just so much info  Huh

Yes it's true, it's easy to feel overwhelmed with the amount of information available. I think a lot of people experience a kind of information overload when they first come here.

That said, you seem to have done a great job in going through all the information and formulating your program. I certainly agree with your decision that PM would be too much, as I think you're well covered without it.
