Doesn't matter, chocogirl,
I got it wrong in my previous post too: I wrote 30 mg instead of 30 mcg. That looks like an impossibly low dose to me, but it just illustrates how strong ethinylestradiol is.
I'm not a fan of cyproterone acetate. It's just my opinion, but I think it's a major cause of depression among post-op transsexuals. That's because it's not only a progestin, but a strong anti-androgen too. It blocks the path to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) completely, and the brain needs DHT to build its resistance against stress. But don't worry: transsexuals get 100 mg, and you only 2 mg, and you also have progesterone to help you cope with stress; they don't.
That said, combination bcps did regulate your cycle. Are you prepared to go back on one? Run.Rabbit runs a regular cycle on PM and bc. Without bc, BelaBrasil is the only one who is happy with how she can keep her natural cycle running on PM. If you really want to start PM, search for their posts to learn how they do it.
But if ethinylestradiol didn't grow you breasts, PM won't either. If your diet is not the reason, how about exercise, medication, or weight loss?
Sorry to be so inquisitive, and you probably wrote it somewhere already, but do you have symptoms of androgen dominance (break outs, scalp hair loss, facial or body hair? Then try hops or saw palmetto.
PCOS, tubular or underdeveloped breasts? If this describes you, I wouldn't look to phyto-estrogens like PM, but I would think fenugreek and phyto-progestins, like fennel. Certainly if you have symptoms of estrogen dominance, like headaches, foggy thinking, low libido or a depressed mood. Have you filled out dr. Lee's hormone imbalance test already?
