I forgot my pills some place so I've been off BO for two days...Disappointing but I have started taking fish oil for my healthy fats. I began rubbing the oil on my butt too. Mostly the sides. I think the BO has helped my figure. When I'm not bloated, I look like I have an hourglass figure just with minimal fat on the hips/side butt. I hope fish oil will help out with my regime. (I need to get more BO and spearmint)
Also, this is month 5 of my NBE journey. I'm hopeful for more results, but since I've moved from medium noogling cups to large contoured cups I've seen minimal growth. I wonder if I should add certain amino acids that work great with BO. Maybe my temp might be low too. I'm getting a little discouraged. Is my NBE journey a normal progression? Good news is that a 34B is nearly overloading but it has padding. My breast measurements fluctuates from 36 to 36.5 inches.

The more I read about noogling it seems that the hold and release method is better for perkier breasts. And thats for me.
It should also cut down on some of the red rings I see on many of the girls.
Its funny too that they tell you to massage after you noogle sessions, but not to massage when your hour is up. That massage deflates the breast.
I'm going to add some PM to the massage oil so it has a better chance of getting to where I want it to go.

I hear both you have to massage during each 2 min breaks, and after. While I do see that they do deflate, I see no harm since I do see a difference when massaging before, during and after. The next morning they feel plushier and slightly bigger too.
Week 7: Week 6 is over which means it's been a month! BO has done these things for me in a month
-Shorten my period to 4 days and lengthen my cycle
-gave me a more defined waist
-slightly more noticeable hips
-slightly bigger and softer breasts...it seems about a half inch after my fertile window (that's when I deflate...after period)
Because this is my last day on BO since I have to re order soon, I'll be using fish oil on my hips and butt, and massaging my breast and noogling. I will need to get a new thermometer since my old one keeps saying I'm 97.5 most of the time. If it's true then when I do reach over 98.2, I will be excited for bigger better results!
