I think that The spearmint is helping, but it could be the low dosage of BO I'm taking. I feel that I will bump it to another pill today so that will be three start week 3. Others who take 1000mg seem to get growth as well as acne appearing. But I also drink a lot of water and wash my face every day and night and use cocoa butter to keep it healthy. Trust me, my puberty only gave me good when it gave me boobs xD My acne was bad, but I think having a healthy diet, the spearmint, washing face and drinking water will help out a lot. I think exercising too for circulation.

Is the spearmint giving you any stomach problems?? They say it isn't good for acid reflux. I've started drinking spearmint tea and so far so good. I'm breaking out a bit on my cheek and I'm hoping it's not the spearmint tea.....I would also like to try BO but I have a feeling that it would break me out. Just flaxseeds alone gave my cysts on my face!!
By the way, if I remember correctly are you taking collagen? How is that going?

No stomach problems here, nor and I getting any acne. My skin is very soft now as if I put moisturizer on, besides my face since I'm usually out in the wind. I had grounded flaxseed but stopped since I heard BO and Flax shouldn't be together. Didn't get acne with flax either. As for collagen, when I pump, I noticed my breast get a bit larger than usual but I notice the same effect with BO. I'm going back on it from a two day break (for no reason...just lazy lol) It builds tissue so I'm definitely going to continue taking 6,600 in powder form.
Also just a quick note for those asking about my skin (I'm not mad, I thought you'd outta know :3)
-I'm moderately active so I have pretty good blood circulation, which helps my skin's condition
-I drink water ALL THE TIME. It's just a wonderful thing to do to keep your body well. I love water and my skin always shows it...And when I'm not drinking water, I'm drinking Mint tea (mix with spearmint and other mints) and green tea (Hot so I won't lose the good stuff)
-I think collagen helped in some respects...not sure, but my continued usage of Coconut oil and cocoa butter helped fade old acne scars, and my skin is radiant.
-Morning, afternoon, and every time I go to the bathroom I wash my face. It's a must.
-I don't wear makeup often but I always remove it with water and coconut oil.
-MOST IMPORTANT: DO NOT STRESS. My acne when I was younger mostly came from my bad diet and from schoolwork. I had a lot of pimples everywhere , and when I began to take life a little lighter, I began to clear up.
