I have round, youthful-looking cheeks that I never want to lose, and I regularly get scared when I restrict my eating that I'll permanently lose the fat there. It's impossible to gain it back once you lose it. Loss of volume in your face is one of the main things that makes you look older. I don't need to be helping that process along.

Some dietary changes I need to make in light of research I've been doing lately:

1. Red meat at least once a week.
2. Tuna once a week.
3. Full fat yogurt every day.
4. Continue with eating an avocado every day that I can.
5. Raw leafy greens every single day for thyroid.
6. Eat more eggs.
7. Make sure to eat trail mix and peanut butter more regularly.

My breasts seem really small right now, but I kind of like it. I like how "slinky" my body looks right now. I feel like I move much more effortlessly and gracefully.

Still... I really want bigger breasts. Need to stay on top of my massages.

funny you say that cause ive been thinking whats making me look older lately, and i think it might just be that, the cheeks thing.

im about to buy GHEE - i read it can help greatly with weight and also extrememly good for you.
but with full fat youghurt and avos each day id be suprised if you didnt gain nicely. i envy you can have full fat youghurt Sad

I've heard of ghee before. It's supposedly fairly easy to make. That reminds me, I want to start buying butter, as we have nothing but margarine. I wish butter weren't so much pricier. If only we had our own cows.

I actually really don't want to gain weight! The idea scares me. I just don't want to lose any more. Trying to maintain.
I found ghee! A huge tub. Now have no idea how to eat it :s

I wanna have ghee too..they say its much.more stable then other oils to bake with..therefore less "carcinogenic". Also do you keep it in the fridge Ella? Or on roomtemperature?

I think mine said you could leave in a cool dry place but "think" only. Ive just put mine in the fridge.
Il be honest WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY so much for butter ( a small block too) when you can buy ghee! This tub i brought for $7 will last weeks, the consistency is softer and easy to spread, i just dont get it!
I worry i might give my self a heart attack if i eat too much cause im already on a high protein/fat diet BUT according to gaps diets etc its not high sat fats that give you heart attacks etc so short term and to gain weight il give it a go!

Its so cold over here at the mo, having no body fat makes life hard! But only a few more weeks till spring and slowly it will get warmer

I read the same thing about fat, that research was wrong telling fat clogs arteries then leading heart failure...but i dont dare to really take risk either..i eat pretty fat just to keep the weight on.weather wise im going the opposite direction here, time to get my ugly uggs and fleece jackets out of thecloset..i wear that inside during winter lol.

Been trying to eat regularly. I'm doing a little bit better with it, but my weight dipped down a few days ago. Not sure why.

I'm obsessed with the Olympics right now, and watching it is taking up my free time. I've been getting in one solid massage a day as a result, with a few shorter massages throughout the day.

I'm itching to add another supplement to my routine. But instead, maybe I should just start taking my hair, skin, and nails vitamin and my MSM three times a day instead of twice a day like I'm doing now. The hair, skin, and nails is supposed to be taken three times a day anyway.

Ovulating, so I should be getting luteal swelling soon. Watching young male athletes perform in the Olympics while I'm ovulating is pure torture, I must say. Especially in swimming and diving. Blush I need to get married.

I'm just trying to innocently enjoy the pomp and grandeur of the Olympics! It's not my fault that a distressingly large percentage of the male athletes happen to be pure eye candy. Tongue
