Then you should go braless as much as possible.

I would, but my nipples are way too sensitive for that. I can't bear feeling the cloth of my shirts against them.

I started doing this for my waist and stomach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvlmjVlI7b0&feature=youtu.be I've also started my diet, but I'm ensuring that I still get lots of healthy fats. I had walnuts on my oatmeal this morning and added extra virgin olive oil to my green smoothie, and I'm having a smoothie with avocado in it right now.

I'm going to get some exercise in a little later and then do a midday massage after. Hopefully all the circulation I've whipped up from the exercise will add to the massage.

Yes, she's got the nice, tight but not overly-muscled look that I like.

Core workouts scare me a bit because I put on muscle sooooo easily and I'm prone to a six-pack look. Sad But you've got a nice, teeny waist, so I know whatever you use works! Please do share.

Good luck with your diet! I'm personally doing a water fast today (mainly for religious purposes, but I'm not having an evening meal like I usually do when I fast). Let's keep focused! Killer bods, here we come (although you already have one in my opinion)! Smile

I'm wondering if adding a collagen supplement would help me. I'm taking MSM, which helps boost collagen, but I wonder if I should use a straight-up collagen supplement. I know chiyomilk used powdered collagen for her wildly successful routine.

Does anyone have any experience with taking collagen for NBE? I want to take it for my skin as well.

Okay! Smile i'll make a small list and post it here when I get the chance-- since you pack muscle easily I would look to exercises that tone and burn fat not really burn and work the muscle. (hard but not impossible Wink ) & thank you, love!

and I just wanted to post that I was huge on collagen it is great for NBE and the skin! by the time we are 18 our collagen decreases by 1% each year! isn't that crazy?! it keeps connective tissue together and I noticed my boobies were more "together" and "full" feeling, not like water balloon type boobie feeling and my skin looked plump and glowy. I loved it. Need to re up-- if you look for collagen get one with a vitamin C complex (that is what I had) or just make sure you're getting vitamin C as they go hand and hand! (absorption in the body) Tongue

Thanks for the info, missboobshirt! I'll definitely try the collagen. I try to take vitamin C or eat a vitamin C-rich food with every supplement I take (although I stopped for a bit recently because of my hyperthyroidism scare).

Looking forward to the list.

Ella, I wish I had the money to buy that supplement! It really looks like a good one.

I finished my water fast relatively successfully. Not doing that again any time soon! I was a depleted wreck by the end of the day. I barely had the energy to even walk. I had to tell myself 'You can do this' before walking down a hallway in our house. I tried to do my usual massage, and I immediately broke out in a sweat (even though I was almost chilly when I started) and had to stop and sit down. Even after sitting for a bit, I continued to just drip with sweat. I felt faint at one point, but I just told myself 'Don't you do it.' Unfortunately, I have fainted from fasting before. Sad I was able to notice the signs and control it this time, thankfully.

I slept badly last night because of how conscious I was of my famished state. Finally, at around 1:30 when I'd woken up for the second time and just plain couldn't doze back off, I thought 'What makes more sense right now, lying awake all night for the sake of starving myself until it's time for breakfast, or having a little something to eat so I can actually get some sleep tonight?' I got up and had a slice of toast, then went back to bed and was able to sleep.

Anyway, I lost three pounds and over an inch in my waist! Crazy. I did a light workout today and had three smallish meals. Tomorrow I'm going to do some light toning and stretching workouts and have a big, early breakfast, a tiny lunch, and a small, early dinner.

I'm watching my breasts closely. I'm still trying to eat fatty foods with each meal so that they get the nourishment they need. Didn't have time to do my midday massage today, but I should be able to tomorrow!
