64 ounces of water
Breakfast - A banana, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs with ketchup, hot green tea
Lunch - Asiago creamed spinach mixed with green beans, a beef brat in wheat bread with onion, ketchup, and mustard, homemade fried rice with orange and sweet & sour chicken, hot green tea, 2 pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate
Dinner - A burger, two cheese curds, a few fries, some sips of lemonade, two gummy bears that my nephew insisted on feeding me
Supplements - Skin, Hair, & Nails supplement, vitamin C, cod liver oil, probiotic

Not the best intake today because of family coming to visit. So there was a combo of trying to clean out the fridge by eating up certain things and then, of course, going out to eat.

When I press down on the right side of my stomach, it hurts. I hope I'm not messing something up internally somehow.

My skin also looks not only a little pimply, but worn down and tired, even though I've been really good about my water intake and I've been eating a lot of vegetables this week. It seems like ever since I've been trying to eat a little healthier, I've had nothing but bad results...

I found a "meat gathering" bra at the bottom of my bra drawer! I remember ordering it, bit I thought I'd gotten rid of it. I put it on and scooped all the fat and tissue I could into it, admired the effect, then took it off. To my surprise, it seemed like the added volume stayed in my breasts for a little while after! Now I really want to get one that fits properly, but I have to earn it first.

MUST....HAVE.....MEAT....GATHERING....BRA...."

Seriously what is a meat gathering bra and WHERE DO I BUY ONE???

I second the curiosity! I would google it, but I felt a little worn out after trying to imagine what it might be with such a crazy name! I just don't know what I will encounter next on this forum!Huh
PS: Please message me your food! Ugh!

I don't want to be alarmest but if it appendicitis, it could be serious. Is the pain getting worse? See a doctor.

Good looking out, James. I thought of that, but it's better today.

Is it this one?

If so, is the band sizing underbust + 4 like in the chart they provide? There are a lot of complaints about it being too small, but I can't tell if they overlooked the chart and bought band = underbust.

According to their size chart band size is equal to underbust

I think you're talking about Amazon's size chart, which I find is frequently fubar. I'm referring to the one in the photos on the left.

I hope I didn't sound terse! I wasn't trying to. It's hard to read tones on the internet.

And yeah, I always refer to it as "meat gathering" because that was how it was written out in a badly translated description on Amazon. Tongue I definitely prefer fat distribution.
