Let's get boobified!

Hee hee, I've been bad and have pumped with the mark anyway! Tongue I just positioned the upper rim of the cup above the mark so that it wouldn't indent that area again.

Is it very bad achiness? That's probably a good sign that you get it now! I can barely stand to have my breasts unsupported at the moment. It's such a relief to strap them into a bra. And I'm going to jog later and my breasts are already moaning "Noooo..." at the thought. But they're also pretty itchy, which doesn't usually happen with my luteal phase. Hmm...

It is not extremely bad, but they hurt when I massage them.
In the past I never experienced that.

Strange that your boobs are itchy. Mine are not.

Interesting. Everyone's boobs are different. I've always had breast tenderness and achiness during my luteal phase, but since starting NBE in earnest, it hurts like crazy!

Mine get itchy after I massage sometimes, but now they're just itchy along with the achiness.

I have some heat on them now. Ahh... sweet relief. Big Grin

I read that PC can help with breast tenderness and achiness during luteal phase. Do your breast hurt also in follicular phase?

No, only during luteal. At least that I notice. When is the follicular phase?

Sound like I need to look into progesterone cream!

Follicular phase is the first half of your cycle until ovulation.
PC should be used in luteal phase after ovulation until you get your period.

I think I'll take Saturday and Sunday off from pumping except to water noogle when I bathe.

And I just want myboobs to know that my massage routine now takes more than twice the amount of time than it used to! I took your advice to heart and started showing my boobies more ""lllluuuurrrrvvvveeee." ;D

My boobs are a bit achey, kind of like when I have luteal swelling. A good thing, I'm assuming.

Glad to be of help Wink

I read some studies suggesting that omega 3 is more likely to be stored in the hips and buttocks (and brain!) and 6 is more likely around the waist (idk if that means it's go to the breasts too? what is breast fat anyway? If I lose or gain one one personally the other tends to follow suit?). So you might wanna look into that a bit - it's what made me stop taking EPO. I was putting on belly fat for the first time around then and I was paranoid that was why (could also have been stress, spending days crouched on floor working instead of moving about, bad posture etc... :L)

YIKES! You just scared me right off of the notion of using EPO again! Above anything else on my body, more than I want bigger breasts or slimmer thighs, I want a teeny tiny waist! Not touching EPO now. Thanks for this info!

isobasic is right, the human body is capable of making its own Omega 9 from other fats, so you don’t need to eat it.

Thanks for the explanation and the image. I can never keep up with all of that. I don't think I have any real pain other than during luteal.

I will look into progesterone cream and see if it's right for me!
