Super new here and I would really like some opinions on just taking fenugreek and breast enhancement. Has anyone been taking just fenugreek, either extract or pills, and had success???

I've been taking the Ainterol PM for a week now and for the past few days I would wake up to this weird tingling sensation in my breasts and not gonna lie it freaked my out. However my breasts have been looking slightly fuller.
I'm currently on the second day of my placebo pill week and I have not started my period yet, but i'm not pregnant so i'm not worried.
ALSO when I pump with my noogleberry, my breast kind of burn a little. Like on top of them being sensitive, they're burning inside lol and i'm not really sure what the heck that's about
Any ideas on these two little issues?!

Has anyone had any luck with growth by massaging their breasts with a combination of fenugreek and lotion? I just started a few days ago and I'm a little skeptical. Some posts I've seen say it does work and others say it doesn't. I'm only a 32A and I just really want to go up a cup size. If anyone has seen any growth how much was it? And how long did it take until it became noticeable? Thanks!

Before finding this community I bought a couple bottles of breast enhancement supplements (Biotech Natural Curves). After reading a few threads I decided to try and finish the bottles so that they won't go to waste and then take individual herbs. I've been taking twice the dosages to speed up that process.
Has taken supplements worked for anyone here and is it okay to add supplements to my program in addition to the herbs I want to take individually?

Used for centuries, this herb, among other uses, can increase a woman's breast size. It blocks male hormones and allows female hormones that contribute to breast growth to become more prominent. Saw palmetto is a common ingredient in most breast enlargement pills.
Talk with your doctor before taking any herbal supplements, especially if you are taking medications of any kind. Herbal supplements have a biological effect and might be harmful if mixed with other medications.

does anyone take breaks in their programs? for a week or three days?
I hear your body gets used to herbs after a while so it helps...
one time I took a three day break and not evening kidding I got more growing feelings in my breasts than before when I started back into it with high dose....I was mid cycle at the time ..could it simply be the hormones where still in my system ?....does anybody do this in their routines ? and if so how often should I consider or well this mess up my program.......one week every 2 months or? I already dose change throughout to keep my body guessing
I use breast herb pill and fg powder, cumin and fennel c=
thank you for any help c=

Hello all! I've been browsing this forum for a while trying to take things in and this is my first post. Hoping some kind person can help.
My problem is this: I tend to suffer from hormonal break outs and was looking for ways to stop them. I'd heard a lot of people having breast enlargement success with EPO so I thought it was worth a try. Well, it did wonders for my skin; cleared the break outs, moisturiser my very dry skin from the inside and gave my skin a healthy glow. It really has worked for me (just one capsule a day, 1000mg). However! Since I've been taking it I have noticed my breasts have lost quite a bit of fullness and heaviness. I'm naturally about a (UK) 32D and really happy with my breasts - infact I have a few body issues and they were the one part of myself I really loved, so I'm finding it very disheartening to have them shrink and deflate like this. I found this place when googling about the problem and thought perhaps I'd find help here.
I've suspected for a while that I have a hormonal imbalance because of the hormonal breakouts and the fact that my periods have sometimes been debilitating (to the point of throwing up, fainting, cold sweats etc. I should point out this hasn't happened for a year or so, maybe because I'm eating better, but they're still very painful). I dont know what this suggests about my hormones.
A few other bits and bobs that might help: I have a pretty high libido which increases during ovulation and during my period, I don't have any mood changes when my period is due or during it (only the libido, I mean no short temper, mood swings etc), started my period at 12, always had quite a lot of hair on my arms - very fine but a lot of it, I'm bordering on underweight and always have been (my biggest insecurity, but I still naturally had full breasts - thanks genes!), and finally I'm using no hormonal birth control and never have. I'm in my early 20s.
I would be so grateful if anyone could tell me if any of this suggests that I'm lacking/dominant in certain hormones, or why the EPO caused my breasts to lose volume. I'd get a hormone test done but I'm in the UK and I doubt they'd give me one just because I ask for it.
I'm just wanting to get my breasts back to what they were without having to give up the EPO because of what it is doing for my breakouts. I really don't want to have to choose between nice skin or nice breasts.
Sorry this is long! Really any guidance or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I am debating whether to add Licorice Root or Estrofem to my already designed NBE program.
Anyone have experience with Licorice Root? Any experience with Estrofem?
The reason I am debating using one OR the other is my other post: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=20384

Lignans (Flaxseed) are phytoestrogens with estrogenic or anti-estrogenic activity. Flaxseed has the highest content of phytoestrogen, (see chart), however it also antagonizes it's estrogenic effect, and btw, so does phytoestrogens themselves.
So why doesn't flaxseed work for everyone?, well here's why: and the text is highlighted:
When plant lignans are ingested, they can be metabolized by intestinal bacteria to the enterolignans, enterodiol and enterolactone, in the intestinal lumen (4). Enterodiol can also be converted to enterolactone by intestinal bacteria. Not surprisingly, antibiotic use has been associated with lower serum enterolactone levels (5). Thus, enterolactone levels measured in serum and urine reflect the activity of intestinal bacteria in addition to dietary intake of plant lignans. Because data on the lignan content of foods are limited, serum and urinary enterolactone levels are sometimes used as markers of dietary lignan intake. A pharmacokinetic study that measured plasma and urinary levels of enterodiol and enterolactone after a single dose (0.9 mg/kg of body weight) of secoisolariciresinol, the principal lignan in flaxseed, found that at least 40% was available to the body as enterodiol and enterolactone (6). Plasma enterodiol concentrations peaked at 73 nanomoles/liter (nmol/L) an average of 15 hours after ingestion of secoisolariciresinol, and plasma enterolactone concentrations peaked at 56 nmol/L an average of 20 hours after ingestion. Thus, substantial amounts of ingested plant lignans are available to humans in the form of enterodiol and enterolactone. Considerable variation among individuals in urinary and serum enterodiol:enterolactone ratios has been observed in flaxseed feeding studies, suggesting that some individuals convert most enterodiol to enterolactone, while others convert relatively little (1). It is likely that individual differences in the metabolism of lignans, possibly due to gut microbes, influence the biological activities and health effects of these compounds.
Biological Activities
Estrogenic and Anti-Estrogenic Activities
Estrogens are signaling molecules (hormones) that exert their effects by binding to estrogen receptors within cells (see chemical structures). The estrogen-receptor complex interacts with DNA to change the expression of estrogen-responsive genes. Estrogen receptors are present in numerous tissues other than those associated with reproduction, including bone, liver, heart, and brain (7). Although phytoestrogens can also bind to estrogen receptors, their estrogenic activity is much weaker than endogenous estrogens, and they may actually block or antagonize the effects of estrogen in some tissues (8). Scientists are interested in the tissue-selective activities of phytoestrogens because anti-estrogenic effects in reproductive tissue could help reduce the risk of hormone-associated cancers (breast, uterine, ovarian, and prostate), while estrogenic effects in bone could help maintain bone density. The enterolignans, enterodiol and enterolactone, are known to have weak estrogenic activity. At present, the extent to which enterolignans exert weak estrogenic and/or anti-estrogenic effects in humans is not well understood.
Estrogen Receptor-Independent Activities
Enterolignans also have biological activities that are unrelated to their interactions with estrogen receptors. By altering the activity of enzymes involved in estrogen metabolism, lignans may change the biological activity of endogenous estrogens (9). Lignans can act as antioxidants in the test tube, but the significance of such antioxidant activity in humans is not clear because lignans are rapidly and extensively metabolized (4). Although one cross-sectional study found that a biomarker of oxidative damage was inversely associated with serum enterolactone levels in men (10), it is not clear whether this effect was related to enterolactone or other antioxidants present in lignan-rich foods.

Tired of geting scammed and not achieving results ? me too !
so I googled ways in creating our own pills
1. Search on eBay for vege capsules, they're really not expensive
2.Search on eBay for different powder herbs such as fennel, wild yam, saw palmetto and the good herbs for breast
3. Insert the powder into the vege capsules and swallow
I'm going to try this and tell you the results.
