I also take a BC pill.
Does this sound good? Is there something wrong with the herbs.?
Also i would like to start massage, what do you suggest i should use? I dont wang to use pc cream or pm cream
Thanks all i appreciate and gl! [/align]

Hi everyone
I'm a very long time lurker here. I always mean to sign up and get serious but then get distracted reading thread after thread and then a few hours have gone by and I still don't have a plan and then I lurk away again. I haven't been able to put together a plan to stick to.
I don't want to do that again. My top new years resolution this year was to finally do something about my breasts, more like lack of breasts and its already March so I need to get on it!
I really need to because this is something that is negatively impacting my life now, I feel self conscious and don't want to take my top off during sexytime and that makes me feel even more self conscious. Its a vicious cycle and I really want to stop. I'm not looking for gigantic breasts, I just want full handfuls, you know? Just something to grab on to.
sO I have a question for you experts on here I just got the c cup code and spent a few hours reading through it and I think I have a chance with both the bo or herbs. PM sounds promosing too but I'm a bit scared of too much estrogen since I think I could be slightly estrogen dominant already.
Here are my concerns - the BO program sounds really good and I would totally do it except I'm a little scared of taking animal parts supplments, even if they're from a mad-cow-free country. So I'm leaning toward herbs more. The herbs program mentions tons of herbs though, but says I only need to take like 3 or 4, which is good but is it going to be potent enough?!
BO sounds strong but scary and herbs sound perfect but maybe not so strong if I only take 3 or 4? Can any herb experts or anyone whose had results with herbs tell me if just a handful of herbs is enough to cause growth? Sorry for the long post, I just want to really make sure before i commit cause I'm really going to commit this time!

I have been reading up on scientific and clinical studies done on phytoestrogens, rather than PM directly. Many articles based solely on PM are biased and lead to PM selling sites.
&& There is also limited information on its effects on premenopausal women(younger women 20 and above) so, wanted to share my research with you ladies!

On the other hand, consumption of isoflavones in women reproductive age has been linked to dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, and secondary infertility [16, 128]. A high intake of phytoestrogens resulted in dysmenorrhea and persistent sex arousal syndrome in one case-study reported by Amsterdam et al. [15]. In this study, like in the one reported by Chandrareddy et al. [16], withdrawal of soy intake from the diet resulted in the lessening or in the complete disappearance of the symptoms. Remarkably, in the studies of Chandrareddy et al. [16] one patient was able to conceive after isoflavone withdrawal from her diet. Keeping in mind that these adverse effects have been encountered only in a restricted number of cases, it still appears advisable to handle the phytoestrogens’ intake with care. In vitro studies strengthen the observation that isoflavones can directly modulate endometrial physiology [99, 129]. Interestingly, genistein was able to modulate the proliferation of Ishikawa cells, an epithelial cell line derived from adenocarcinoma, in a dose-dependent fashion, being the low doses an inhibitor factor for proliferation, that was instead promoted by high doses [99]. At similar doses, genistein promoted the proliferation of leiomyoma cells [129]. These findings raise concern for the beneficial effects of isoflavones. Surprisingly, genistein revealed to cure endometrial hyperplasia in a clinical trial [130].
Isoflavones can exert their effect not only on the uterus level. Other estrogen-sensitive organs such as ovaries can be affected by these natural estrogens. In order to guarantee a normal ovarian function, estrogen circulating levels must oscillate during the cycle. Low estrogen levels stimulate FSH release by the hypothalamus/pituitary, thus leading to follicle growth. The presence of isoflavones can nullify the required low levels of endogenous estrogen. This could lead to irregular cycle, and even to reproductive impairment [131]. Following soy intake, cases of altered steroid hormones levels and trends for increased cycle length have been reported [131–133]. Moreover, soy supplementation to women in reproductive age resulted in decreased LH and FSH levels during the periovulatory phase [133]. If such alterations can be sufficient to impair the ovarian cycle is still argument of debate. Moreover, there are conflicting results on the effects of isoflavones on the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonads axis [132, 133]. Thus, it is not possible to evaluate if the effects exerted by isoflavones on human reproduction are due to a local or a systemic action. Interestingly, animal studies demonstrated that genistein is able to impair ovarian differentiation in mice [134, 135]. In this light, the results collected among women in reproductive age raise great concern for the effects of isoflavones’ exposure [16, 134]. Fortunately, the effects exerted by isoflavones in adult life appear reversible once dietary intake is ceased [131].[/i][/i]
This is the key article that has the most details on this so far. I read the citation articles as well; in short it says that phytoestrogens (from soy based diet) can cause secondary infertility, which is the infertility after a woman has already given birth to one child. It also said that during that one case, after the soy was removed from her diet, she was able to conceive.
There were other articles which talked about how animals (leopards, cattle) couldnt conceive or their babies had high mortality rate/abnormalities when fed with crops that have high phytoestrogen content but they did not mention if the situation got better after removing such foods from their diet.
From what I read so far, it SEEMS that it is alright to take phytoestrogens as long as you're not planning to get pregnant, and u can remove it from ur diet should u want to conceive, but keep in mind that that was only based on ONE woman and that the amount we take from PM is very much higher. Please note that the research was based on phytoestrogens in SOY, which is of a way lower content than what we take for PM. (I roughly calculated 10litres of soy milk to have the same content as 1000mg of PM per day)
Has anyone had a child after taking PM? Or viceversa- found difficulties in childbearing?

How does one cycle when not getting periods? I have a Mirena IUD and have not had a period in almost 4 years. I'm wondering if having the mirena in place will hinder me from developing breast growth. Thanks in advance for your opinions and advice.

I take fenugreek saw palmeto and red clover 2 capsules 3 times a day..
the hair on my body got more noticeable which one makes it? please help: (

Hi, I've been very unhappy with the size of my breasts for a long time now and have been researching a lot of different things to naturally increase breast size, however there is so much information out there that i'm beginning to get very confused.
I've found many different foods that could help increase breast size like:
Flax seeds, nuts, and other seeds
Papaya, apples, pomegranate
Chicken, fish and other meats and so on.
I have also read through countless pages stating that there are certain herbs that increase breast size like:
Fenugreek
Fennel
Red clover
Black cohosh
Pueraria Mirifica (especially)
And that all these paired with breast massage and exercise will increase breast size.
Im just unsure about how I should put all these into a proper plan so I can get the maximum and safe effect?
My other concerns are:
If I have the contraceptive implant, will these herbs affect the implant?
How much of the foods I should add to my diet?
What form of the herbs should I use(pills, seeds/food, extract or cream)?
If the herbs are safe? - many websites say herbs could lead to breast cancer as they don't know enough about herbs?
Which herbs are paired well with each other and work well together?
Will this give me permanent breast enlargement?
Thank you so much for any help!!!

I've been using fenugreek capsules for about a month and was wondering what others experiences have been. I've been talking 1220 to 3660 mg per day. Very shortly after I started taking them my appetite went way up. I was hungry it seemed all the time even though I was eating and exercising the same. My breasts were really sore and wearing a bra was extremely uncomfortable. A couple weeks later my appetite is closer to normal and my breasts are not as sore. My bras still are uncomfortable and tight even though my measurements are the same as before. I feel I've had some success with the fenugreek because my breasts look slightly fuller despite the unchanged measurements. I don't know if I should keep on taking the fenugreek alone are add more herbs to my regimen to get better results.

I thought I would share this website. It gives information on drug interactions with other drugs and herbs, together with Q&A, and offer a support group.

I really want to start taking MSM, especially after all the rave reviews about the benefits of it and how its good for overall health and not just NBE, however i cant find a 'recommended' dosage anywhere, does anyone know how much is recommended for first starting out? I also read that taking too much can cause breakouts which i obviously dont want. Ive seen the tablets advertised in 500mg, 1000mg and 1,500mg form. Which would be best to purchase?
Id be using it in conjunction with Vit C, and maybe Fenugreek if i can get hold of some more.

Hi
I've come across this website below, for MSM & Vitamin C for cancer treatment.
It gives safety notices, etc, like don't take MSM with tap water, do not take with prescription drugs (which is contradictory to what I've read before) - I'm just wondering, are all these safety points just for cancer treatment or for anyone who takes MSM & Vit C?
