Hi everyone,
I'm definitely going to try collagen (marine collagen by the way is the most effective, the best one. Did some research!) but I am also interested in MSM (though some claim to have experienced unwanted side effects).
Do you think it's ok to take both at the same time? MSM apparently boosts collagen production so I wouldn't want to overdose and become a big blob of collagen or something. Seriously, I don't know if too much collagen could be a problem.
I'm probably going to just take collagen on its own but as time goes by and I want to speed things up, MSM does seem interesting.
There seem to be quite a few testimonials claiming that MSM is effective and promotes growth. What are your thoughts?

Might sound like a dumb question so forgive my ignorance! I think I know the answer but I'm not 100% sure.
If I start massaging with flaxseed oil for example, will it be like I'm eating flaxseeds? Does the oil penentrate in your body and have the same effect? I guess anything you rub on your skin would eventually enter your pores and your body, right?
I wanted to start massaging with flaxseed oil but I'm worried because a few months ago, I started eating flaxseeds and they made my skin terrible (acne flare outs). Do you think applying the oil on my breasts, would have the same effect or to a lesser degree?

Hey everyone!
I just finished my luteal phase and I'm currently on my Day 3 of follicular phase. I started using PC on my last 3 days of luteal phase and Day 1 of my follicular phase. My menses started later that day and I applied the PC early morning before going to work.
My question is should I be taking any fenugreek supplement pills and/or fennel tea during my first 7 days of follicular phase and then stop at the beginning of my luteal phase?
I am estrogen dominant and I'm not sure if fenugreek and fennel tea would be ineffective. I read on many articles it helps and it doesn't help so it makes me unsure. I was going to go without any herb supplement and just stick to PC during luteal phase, but I want to maximize the potential growth
I would really appreciate it someone would be kind enough to read my post and help me.

What do y'all think of this study? I have started to eat a lot more berries & cherries since reading about this study because anthocyanins have many health benefits & if they are also estrogenic, well that just adds to the awesomeness of them.

Hi. So i always said if i was going to take PM it would be the way the native thais consumed it! As in Tea.. So i brought the tea and it arrived.
Then i see this on the package and i dont understand what it means? It says 50-150mcg per day but doesnt say what the total amount in the package is.. Its a bag of PM slices (actual root) so how many slices equate to 50-150mg? Ive asked Siam naturals so waiting a reply.
The scary bit is the warning re "DO NOT TAKE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, A MALE OR IF TUMOURS ARE PRESENT".... Which would indicate theres a high estrogen risk there... And here i was thinking pure authentic PM root would balance our estrogens to good not add to it...

Hello, I'm Bri. I've been on and off this site for a year or two now, but this is my first time posting. I'm 18, I wear a 30-32d bra and my measurement are;
Bust:32-32.5"
underbust: 27"
waist: 24.5"
butt/hips: 35"
I always wear a push up bra and it makes my chest 34-34.5" I would like to get my breast to be 34.5-35" without a bra. When I first started my NBE journey I was around 30-31"(I think, it was a long time ago) and in 2013 or 2014. I haven't really been consistent with anything but I have noticed some great fullness and growth with certain things. I took Pm a year ago and all it did was make me gain 5lbs in less than a month so I stopped that, but then I added it to a cream and noticed fullness right away and grew .5-1 inch from that. Also 2 or 3 years ago I ordered nature day and noticed fullness right away and gain .5 of an inch in a month (I think it was the Dong Quai or saw palmetto). And for the past month I have been massaging with flaxseed oil, though I haven't had any growth in measurements, my breast are very full and look how they look right before my period all the time.
I own many supplements already; flaxseed oil 1000mg, fenugreek 610mg, panax ginseng 480mg, ginko biloba 120mg, EPO 1000mg, vitamin D3 1000iu, and one called femal hormone blend with (black cososh, dong quai, passion flower, red respberry, fenugreek, licorice, cramp bark, chamomile, saw palmetto, wild yam, butternut, and kelp) 920mg.
And two herbal extracts (liquid) the nature day one with ( saw palmetto fennel seed, fenugreek, dong quai, and blessed thistle), and one called happy menopause with (wild yam, dong quai, chaste tree berries, black cohosh, milk thistle, motherwort, and Lobelia herb)
I would love to use up all these herbs, but if not that's fine too. I was thinking I'm estrogen dominant or have excessive estrogen but I'm really not sure anymore.
*****I was thinking Bovine ovary, has anyone had results with that? I was thinking of taking L-tyrosine, MSM, kelp, and sawpalmetto with it, anything else or should I not take anything with it?

Red clover (really want to try this, anyone had good results?), EPO, Licorice (iffy about this, opinions?), wild yam, kelp, fenugreek, MSM, and Maca (what kind?) or panax ginseng. Would this be too many herbs to take at one time? Should I take any of these out and/or add something else?
I understand the basic of NBE but would just like some other opinions. Also do any of the herbs need to be taken at certain time according to my period?
As for something topical I use booby stacked in the morning, and been using flaxseed oil at night. I was thinking of adding PM and maybe Hyalronic acid or a couple other things to the flaxseed oil. I've been contemplating getting a noogleberry system, is it worth it, will it help?

Hi ladies,
I've been drinking lots of fennel tea and hope to soon start adding spearmint too. Might even try the capsules one day. I'm confused though; reading some of the posts on here, some members say that you should take spearmint (anti-androgen) for 14 days, starting from the first day of your cycle (period). Others say that you should take it when your period ends, luteal phase etc. Which is correct?
By the way, I didn't know that you had to take herbs/teas during a specific phase of your cycle. I've been drinking fennel (phytoestrogen) nearly every day. Could this be counterproductive?? What are your thoughts?

I did hear Bovine Ovary is safe enough for those in their teens. I want to know if there are herbs imfamous for messing up hormones and as for those, should 18 year olds avoid. Which ones are good and nice to take?
