Apparently alfalfa leaves are rich in phytoestrogens and could make breasts bigger. Anyone tried them??

so i was watching in youtube this girl who talks about this method and the comment seems pretty legit
im not sure if i should do it cause im doing Ellen's soy method but i think i will
check for yourself the comments
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMEZ6O5WmRY
Ingredients: 1 glass of cold or warm water 1tsp of salt 1tsp of olive oil Half tsp of sugar.

I found out that astaxanthin is a carotenoid from shrimp, lobster, crabs and apparently it's a really good anti-androgen. Many women say they actually stopped shaving after taking it! And some sources say that it could increase breast size in men.
Has anyone tried it? It seems fairly safe but would love to know about your experiences/opinions.

It seems every NBE supplement I take has a blood thinning effect, fennel, lavender, reishi, I wanted to add white tea again as I drank a lot in the past as I saw how many benefits it has but it's also blood thinning. I drink kombucha often though (fermented green tea). I actually got gingko biloba for concentration supplemented by my doctor but that is also blood thinning so now I put off the gingko biloba while I better start again for school. I also quit fish oil as it is also blood thinning I took fish oil before as well for general health.
I have a birthmark, it's a black mole who has a bump and durings sports it started bleeding, we were thrown on the ground so I think it's because of the friction caused the mole is on the sides. It's been a week and I haven't used a bandage anymore and now suddenly during sleep it started bleeding again because of friction of my pyjamas! Now I noticed the blood was morre pale pink and thin than usual. I will have a check up on the bleeding frequently.
Also everything lowers blood pressure as well does anyone here has some issues with blood thinning or lowered blood pressure since their NBE quest?

I've always thought green tea was a good anti-dht (many sources indicate that it is) but according to this https://selfhacked.com/2016/06/09/hidden-benefits-dht-increase-reduce/ green tea increases DHT.
How can there be such contrasting opinions?? Any thoughts?

Any aguaje users out there?
Much like the title implies, I would really appreciate if you guys could recommend me the brand of aguaje (preferably powder and not pills) that you are taking and also let me know what it taste like and how it dissolves. I bought wildcrafted organic Aguaje Powder, and I got a bag of 1 pound for a good price, but the only problem is that it is so gritty (almost gravelly). It doesn't completely dissolve into my water, and the gritty parts kind of just float at the top or sink to the bottom, and when I drink those parts it feels like it almost scratches my throat (okay I'm exaggerating but still!) The taste is subtle, which is a good thing in my opinion.
Does any of your aguaje powders have a finer texture, and if so please recommend me the brand so I can purchase!
Thanks!

Hello all!
Okay, so I am having skin problems i.e dermatitis, psoriasis etc due to stress and other reasons and well I moisturise my skin once/twice a day but I read somewhere omega 3 can help with the healing process so I want to give a try.
I'd like to know your opinion about consuming o3 pills or getting it through food . Which one do you think it would help faster?

I bought a new protein powder since it had L-arginine, Lysine and other great amino acids for breast health/growth but the font for soy was small enough were my poor eyesight couldn't see it and I had a very bad allergic reaction. I wonder if anyone else has suggestions for non soy whey protein powders (cheap if you will)?
Also if not what would you recommend other than whey protein? Can it be Just protein? I'm taking Swanson BO if that helps! Thanks

Hi everyone,
Many studies claim that spearmint can lower/block androgens (some sites say you'd need to drink at 2-4 cups a day) so a couple of weeks ago I started drinking spearmint tea (only 1 cup a day) as I've suffered from PCOS and testosterone's always been on the high side. I think lowering testosterone would help breast growth but spearmint tea is making me nauseous and really upsetting my stomach so I need to stop.
I don't like herbs, we don't get along and do not want to take herbal pills. I thought some herbal tea would be "lighter" but looks like I can't even tolerate spearmint tea! I tried eating flaxseeds but they break me out.....strong stuff! I'm going to drink fennel tea maybe every other day. I'm not sure about drinking it every single day. Could it be harmful to drink herbal tea every day?
Can anyone think of anything else that one could eat/drink to lower testosterone, that isn't a herb or that doesn't have any unpleasant side effects? I think somebody on the forum mentioned vitamin B? Any suggestions?
I tried posting this in the "NBE general discussion" section by the way but for some reason it keeps blocking me.

Hi All!
What type for fenugreek do you guys use? fresh sprouts/boiled seed tea/powdered seed/powdered seed extract/seed infused oil...
Would you dose them differently and do they have different strengths?
I bought 1kg seeds which I ate as sprouts daily throughout the month along with a few drops of infused olive oil at night, then make a tea with fennel (1 tsp of each daily) during luteal phase. I have grown a little, definitely better shape and more fullness on top but this took over 6 months and I had some problems with horrible vomiting and gastric pain on ov day three times so I no longer take herbs around that week as I don't really know what caused it and it seemed suspicious only on that one day a month
