I am currently taking fenugreek wild yam and saw palmetto along with some other supplements. Had anyone used or added in Ashwagandha and had good results. I heard it can raise testosterone. What had been your experiences?

Has anyone tried Green papaya or pomegranate supplements? Not only are they touted as pro nbe and estrogenic they also have a ton of other health benefits, Im really curious why they arent talked about more here

I'm currently using Saw Palmetto, and have been reading in the forums here that it's not the best thing because it can also inhibit hormones my breasts need. I'm about out of SP and figured I'll try licorice next.

What's a good dosage of licorice DGL to try?

Hey y'all! First thing to say: Happy New Year everyone! A bit late I know xD

So I am thinking into taking pueraria powder and convert it to a cream (I think aloe vera will be a good emollient BUT after reading these threads https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.p...erol+spray & https://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=12905&pid=59792#pid59792

I'm not sure if we must first make a tincture or a extract.
Also : https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=28084 and https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=26116
From these threads I understood extract but I found info in Spanish saying it's tincture (or maybe it's a mistake idk)

I am not an expert, so, any idea guys?

I’m 25 CisF. I’m pre diabetic with mild insulin resistant pcos. I’ve been working out and eating nutritious, healthy for three months. The insulin resistance and severe pms symptoms were the worst part for me. I’m very fortunate to have any severe symptoms for either issues. It also appeared to cause my insomnia.

At target I came across, olly vitamins miss mellow containing chaste berry, dong quai, and isoflavons. It was night and day within the first week of taking them. My insomnia was better and upcoming pms was much tamer. Few cramps and muscle aches.

I noticed with in the first month of taking miss mellow that my boobs got fuller and rounder. I did eventually gain an inch. Looking into herbal adaptogens I’ve been taking maca and flaxseed oil (for diabetes and nbe) for a month and grew and inch and a half. Starting today 1/12/21, I’m adding 450 mg of saw palmetto to intentionally grow my boobs.

I’ve lurked on nbe forums for years but this has made me bite the bullet and find more herbs that help with bust growth. I do massage using chiyo milks method.

5’1

Starting weight: 140 lbs

Current weight: 130lbs

Goal: 120-125 lbs

Starting: full bust 36.5in (wore 34DD)

Current: 38.5 (wearing 36D cuz covid makes bra shopping hard)

Goal: 42-43 (why not?)

I have a larger size as a goal since I’m more stocky/muscularly built. I have a really big trapezius (neck to shoulder muscle) and wide shoulders so it will make less of an impact compared to a super thin 100lb person. Also I always planned on a boob job to go bigger so, why not?

Accidental nbe turn nbe project

Hello everyone.,

I just signed up today and I wanted to say how excited I am to be part of the community.

I have been trying to grow my bust with moderate success sing 2015.

I was once a 32C and ever since then I have slightly upgraded to a 34C. But this time, I want to go even higher.

Now I wanted to go to at least an H-Cup but I have brought various breast enlargement herbal supplements over the years such as Fenugreek, Dong Quai, Blessed Thistle, Black Cohosh, Maca Root, Fennel, Saw Palmetto, Dandelion, etc.

Along with that, I had used Breast pumps to help with my regimen and I used herbal extracts and mixed them with my favorite body lotion.

Now, I had made progress with my homemadede creams because of the extracts I added to them.

The extracts I have are: Fenugreek, Hops, Kigeline, Volufiline and Wild Yam.

All of those extracts I used are from Amazon and the brand is called Hawaii Pharm.

I use the extracts one at a time and sometimes I copy off the ingredients of an expensive product and make my own version.

Since then, I have tried all of the aforementioned herbs and was met with very little to no success.

But then I found out about Ovarian Glandular supplements.

I have some success with them but had to stop because I plateaued and had to switch to dandelion tea to cleanse my liver.

But anyway, anything helps, suggestions and thread references.

Thank you all in advance. <img src="https://www.breastnexus.com/images/smilies/smile.gif" data-sceditor-emoticon="" alt="

hi all, i read a lot of wonderful things about this herb, it seems to build breast tissue, no matter if u r undeveloped or not.

Anyone has tried it?

Any opinions?

So after growing an inch from PM, Aguaje, Fennel and massage with my herb infused oil I am going to take a break from Fennel since all online research suggests it should not be taken in large amounts or for large periods of time without a break basically due to its effect on the nervous system, I am planning on taking a month or 2 break from fennel but keeping up on my PM and Aguaje and am wanting to add a third herb in replacement I was taking the fennel moreso for its galactagogue effect increasing prolactin etc any suggestions what to add with my PM and Aguaje? I cannot take anything that has possible mild sedative effects such as motherwort unfortunately, TIA!

Hey everyone! So Im thinking of getting me some Zhi Mu to add to the list of ingredients I have in my herbal oil infusion recipe(as used by Genetix enhancement oil) however I am confused whether tincture or the powder? The tincture is alcohol based and from what I have read alcohol and oil are polar opposite molecules so they wont mix and will seperate.

Any advice on which to choose? <img src="https://www.breastnexus.com/images/smilies/shy.gif" data-sceditor-emoticon="" alt="
