hi glitterbunny, if you are gaining weight it could be because you are eating regular PLUS adding the protein shakes, see I usually replaced a meal with them, like say lunch. Or I'd add a little bit of the powder to my food but eat smaller portions, make sense? Sometimes changes in your diet like that can do that. But yea, I didn't actually emphasize on the protein shakes that much, I just ate normally and mapped out my daily diet and protein intake from my normal diet and found I was getting enough protein through my normal eating habits. So it could possibly be that your normal eating habits gives you enough protein and you don't need to add more. My suggestion, eat like you normally would, don't do the shakes. And during each time you eat find out how much protein is in everything you eat then right it down. At the end of the day find out how much protein you got in. I did this and gave examples of a daily diet with protein intake, and it's amazing how much protein I was already getting in.

On the fact that your boobs haven't grown yet, umm sweety it's only been 2 weeks!! This takes time!! I can't express that enough. With herbal NBE some see results really quickly, like within the first few weeks and this is because herbs cause the breasts to SWELL!! Then if the user stops the herbs that swelling goes away, that is why with herbs you have to take it for a long period of time to make the swelling permanent, same thing with pumping techniques. Now with BO, it works completely differently. It does NOT make you SWELL!! It turns on your body's own hormones to create the effect you had while in puberty. Remember puberty takes a course of about 7 years, so you cannot expect results within 2 weeks, it just isn't possible. Now from my experience with BO and UB... I started getting growing pains after about 1-2 months in, that's MONTHS not weeks hun. Most see their first growth then, some it takes 3-4 months. BUT that growth is real growth, it's not swelling, see the difference now? I took UB the first course for 6 months while using NB, and I grew 2 inches equaling 2 cup sizes. So it takes time hun.

Hope that helps and good luck!
Hi Anastasia,

i am new to all of this, and have been reading your posts on here and the noogleberry website. You look great!

I wanted to ask you a few things since know a lot about this.

I saw that you tried a lot of different options before settling with Noogleberry and Ultra Breast. Did you have any change before switching over with any of the other stuff you tried? Also - What size were you when you started the NB & UB?

I am 29, 5 ft, weigh 98lbs, 32b breasts, and a vegetarian.

i started the WonderUp pills last week and started feeling a little soreness yesterday, but I read that the herbs make you gain weight. I would love to get to a C size, but I'm deathly afraid of gaining weight.(I've always had really bad body issues, that's why.)

I understand that BO is not veg friendly, but if I can take it and get results, I'm willing to try it. Do you have to do the protein shake with it for it to work? Since I am veg, I know I don't take in as much protein as I should, and when I have tried taking Whey protein, it made me sick. :-p

As for the Noogleberry, what size would you recommend, if you want to go from a 32b to a 32c? a M or L? And how do you use it? do you just pump non stop for the time you're using it, or pump once and leave it on for the allotted time?

sorry for all the questions, I really appreciate any help you can give me!!

Smile
Stella, yes I did use something way before NB and UB that worked for me. I used Zoft breast enhancement gum, it's all herbal as well and I grew 2 inches and 2 cup sizes within a 6 month period with it. I have heard wonderful things about Wonderup so I'd say stick to the program you are already doing with it and give it the amount of time it needs to see results. Before my NBE journey I was a 32AA I went to a 32B while taking the Zoft gum. When I started NB I was a 32B I started UB after I believe 6 or so months of using NB, then I combined the two for 6 months and that's when I gained 2 1/2 more inches and 2 more cup sizes going to the size I am now which is a 32D (don't go by my avatar pic haha I'm wearing a good VS push up bra in that dress).

Now as rule of thumb I always say give each program you try 6 months before deciding it doesn't work for you, that's if you aren't getting bad side effects of course. Now if you do start gaining weight on a program don't panic, alot of times that weight is from the breasts or butt growing, usually the weight goes to the curves. Like my butt/hips got slightly bigger as well as my breasts, and I know Cheryl's did also. I think I grew 2 inches on my butt, an inch or so on the hips through the course of my NBE journey.

Now if you do use your current program for the amount of time you think you should (again I recommend at least 6 months, some people recommend longer). And you want to switch to something else, I say do a complete body cleanse but emphasize on the liver, because that is where your excess hormones will go.

Now if you do switch to BO, no it's NOT vegetarian friendly, it's cow ovaries, so it IS animal organs. How long have you been a veg? Consuming them may make you sick. But as far as getting extra protein and still not consuming animal products, I'd say go with almonds, I hear almond milk is good. If you are on a herbal program you can also get protein through soy, like soy milk, they make a soy protein shake also. I think any type of nuts and seeds are good for protein. Like sunflower seeds, there is 9g of protein per 1/4 cup of them. Most meat eaters only get 9g out of the portion of meat they eat with their meal! Peanut butter is good. I'm sure there are other ways to get protein without consuming animal products as well. The reason probably the whey protein made you sick, is well, it's whey, a product of cow's milk. Oh also I believe rice has protein, just found this by searching google http://www.weightlossforall.com/protein-rice.htm so yea, rice has it too and I know there is a rice milk also.

But yea, honestly you being vegetarian, I'd stick to herbal NBE and maybe pumping with the NB. Oh almost forgot about your questions with that. There are different techniques with the NB, check out their forum, people come up with new ways to go about it all the time. The main two techniques are pump and hold or pump and release. I say experiment with both and see which one works best for you.

Oh and on the body issues... I believe everyone on this forum has them or has had them in one way or another. Don't let it get to you! Everyone is beautiful in their own way, don't let media standards get the best of you. By media standards I'd be a fat cow Tongue but by mine, I feel fine and healthy. I embrace my curves, rolls, and whatever else I have. And honestly, everyone will think you are amazing when you have that mentality. When I use to always worry how I looked I always got people talking bad about me. As soon as I stopped caring what everyone else thought and (this might sound silly but it works) I look at myself in the mirror everyday and tell myself how amazing I look, why I look amazing, then I go about my day. And now I weigh MORE than I use to when I use to obsess about what others thought of me, and guess what? I get compliments ALL THE TIME. And it has nothing to do with breast size, how skinny you are, your hair, etc. It's confidence and attitude. So stop looking down on yourself. Love yourself and others will follow.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks so much, it def. makes sense to jot down what i am already taking in as far as protein is concerned. I am still working on getting the noogleberry so i'm sure like u it will help tremendously. Like others i have been reading most of ur posts and i'm sure i can speak for a lot when i say thanks, ur posts are like the go to one to find out all we can about UB and NBE. Ur results are amazing, u look awesome. Smile
Anastasia, thanks so much for your input, I really appreciate it!!

I have a couple other questions for you again...

Do you get worst cramps while on BO or any other type of natural breast pills? I am about to get my period any day now, and I've had bad cramps for a few days now, so I wasn't sure if the pills had something to do with it. I am on the Nuvaring as well, and usually get really light periods and cramps on the 1st or 2nd day only or sometimes no cramps at all, so I was just curious if the pills had something to do with that since I normally never get them before my period comes.

also -- have you heard much about the brava system? do you know how it compares to the the NOogleberry and if it works? I got an email from them yesterday and it's sort of expensive, but if it works it may be worth a try? not sure... what do you think?
As far as the cramping, I never experienced more than usual while on BO but I have read others experienced that while on a BO program. So I can't say whether or not it's the BO for you.

As for Brava, I've never personally used it, so I can't say how it is exactly in comparison to Noogleberry. All I can say was my train of thought when deciding on which suction device to go with when I first started. Basically I weighed out the pros and cons with both.

Brava is very expensive, from everything I've read about it, you have to wear the system for 10 hours a day, this can result in rashes, you have to do this for a consecutive amount of weeks/months for it to work, then you MIGHT go up a cup size. The domes from what I heard don't hold up well, which when having to wear it so long, makes sense. So for me, I didn't have that kind of time to commit, nor did I want to shell out the money for it.

Noogleberry is much cheaper, it takes a less time commitment per day to use, you can use it for 30min to 2 hours per day and get good results. Now with Noogleberry you do need to commit more months to achieve permanent growth from my own experience, but the initial swelling does last after each session, so even the swelling is worth it. Also it's best to read the Noogleberry forum and be sure you do it correctly or you can end up pumping too strongly for too long and end up damaging the breast tissue.

So really what it boils down to is do you want to shell out the money for clinically tested, more time commitment, etc. Or do you want to spend less, spend less time per day, but be sure you take precautions not to hurt yourself.

Honestly I have read a few people here and there that ended up hurting themselves while pumping with Noogleberry. I never understood it personally, I pumped continuously for a year with NB, and have still used it here and there for 2 years now, mainly because I like the shape it gives me. In all this time of using NB I have never one ended up with purple breasts, never had "hickey" marks or bruises. I have had red dots once or twice, but not severe, and I get the ring marks of course, but they fade within 30 min for me. So really, from my own experience I'd have to imagine someone must be pumping way past the point of pain to damage themselves. When I pump I NEVER pump until it hurts. If it ever hurts, I release pressure until it feels like a pull. Kind of the feeling of maybe a partner groping you passionately, not the exact feeling, but the same amount of "discomfort" if you will. But as soon as it's painful, that's too much pressure and I release some.

Now if you want to know more about Brava, I'd suggest reading up on it and asking forum members that have used it, but as I said I never personally used it, so can't go into too much detail on how it is. Hope this helps though.
Hey, i'm a UB user too. I will start tomorrow on the pills + noogling and taking protein shakes..
I will update.
Love
Cendory
Okay, so its been about 1 month and 2 wks on UB, and i have stopped the protein shakes as an experiment to see if it was the shakes making me gain weight or the UB. I have gotten fullness and my breasts feel heavier, but i gained more weight. I def. think its from the UB. my diet and exersice hasnt changed since taken them, except when i took whey protein in the beginning of the month, but i am convinced its UB making me gain. I am so bummed cuz it took me a while to lose the weight i wanted to lose and i was so happy with my hard working results, now on the UB i gained it all back plus an extra 10 Sad I tried taking them with out whey protein like anastasia had suggested, but to my dismay i still gained. Does anyone have similar side effects? Also the whole cramp thing, yes i too am getting the worst cramps before my period. i guess i will have to figure something out here with the rest of my UB. I found it strange cuz BO info says u won't gain any extra weight except in ur boobs. i feel like its hopeless and on top of it i have to lose all this weight again uggghhh!
glitter bunny - keep us posted about your experiment without the protein. I'm also terrified of gaining weight.. :-/

hopefully cutting on the protein will help, and your breasts will grow anyways without the extra weight everywhere else.
well i have been off the UB since the last post, and i am losing weight, i guess my body reacts different to the UB, my boobs did grow because my bras are tighter but my hips and stomach grew with them. I did try the UB with out protein before and still gained so be mindful this could happen, but everyone is different. i think i am just gonna save money for surgery cuz i have tried everything from UB to herbs to breast actives, uggh so exhausted from all this trying, 3 yrs and i am maxed out. Good luck to all of u trying i really hope the best results for all of u.
