Ah yea, that'll do it. No perfumed products! lol. Also I only recommend douching right after your period to clean, only use vinegar and water, no bought douches, they add chemicals. Also use purified water is best. If you have a yeast infection douching with plain yogurt helps also, so does eating yogurt. It gives you more of the good bacterias. If you want to douche more than once per month then only do it with plain water, purified preferably. And you can clean the outside of your vagina with soap and water, I use plain regular dial soap for this, no dyes or perfumes.

Well I had posted earlier in this thread that I thought UB was possibly giving me diarrhea. But, good news.. I never stopped taking it and my digestive problems went away.
I'm starting my 5th month taking UB (and noogling) and like I said before have grown about 1/2-1 cup size which I'm super happy about.
I would also like to praise UB or just Bovine Ovaries in general for being the only thing I have ever tried that has improved my endometriosis symptoms. It has promoted a balancing of my estrogen dominance and I hardly have any pain anymore. This is something I have dealt with since I was 15 (12 years) and have tried pretty much everything out there and nothing has helped. So, taking UB is something I may just end up doing even after I reach the breast size I want (in a smaller dosage of course).
So I just wanted to update you all.. and say I <3 UB!

wow cotton wool thats some good results you got there. I am amazed at how different the reponses that women are having from the very same drug! Its amazing how different we all react to the same thing hey? some women seem to get totally whacked out by it and then i read of people like you who where its actually the source of greater balance. I wonder what the chemistry of it all is? I guess none of us actually know, its all trial and error..

Just received my UB order today in the mail. I'm excited but I'm scared to start it, too. I just don't want to be disappointed. It's nicer sometimes to imagine the outcome than take the actual plunge. I need encouragement

Hi everyone.
I'm close to finishing my third month of UB. I stopped taking it for a week due to a stomach virus. No use taking something that's not going to stay in your system. But now I'm well and back on my UB and protein.

Hi all i was wondering if any of you started to gain weight from these UB? I have been taking th pills for about 2 weeks and have gained weight, i haven't changed my eating except the protein shakes i have started taking, and i am a regular exerciser. Any advise, and my boobs havent really done much, does it get better as far as the UB working, am i not taking something i should be on them, thanks for ur help
