So i think maybe i'm not growing as fast as you guys, maybe cause i dont take tons of protein. I look ever alot of you guys that have got faster growth ,and you guys take more than 50 grams of protein a day. Do you guys think this would be one of the main reasons? cause the UB site said i have to take at least 99 grams of protein. I'm prob taking about 30 grams a day.
advise ??

All I do while on BO is incorporate more protein into my diet. Like having bigger portions of meat on each meal. Eating more protein packed snacks like tuna, eggs, nuts, etc. And if I map out my diet each day and am still not getting enough, I will have a protein shake or bar. Really, that's all it takes.

My mean plan is really mess up, i either eat a lot , or eat almost nothing. It depends on my classes. So i'm gonna start looking up meal plans to help me add the extra protein here and there.

ps: Anastasia, can you PLEASE take a picture of the ub bottle out and inside especial the pills you have. because i brought ub pills online from ebay, and i'm not sure if they are legit but it was cheap. I bought BB before and it wasnt the same as I would expect to be. So this time i was hoping you can help me out , since its only ebay i have an consumer protection.

I think I want to take BO but I don't want to pay hundreds for BB if UB has the same action. Does BB actually *contain* pituitary, or does it just affect the pituitary of the person taking it?

The reason I ask, and the reason I am leaning towards BO, is that I am learning that you don't really get full breast development without enough GH and IGF being produced, and if I understand correctly, BO is supposed to cause you to make more of those hormones?

BB does contain pituitary, but many gals have added it to their program to take with UB.

Ack, I just get more and more confused about what to take. Honestly, taking any glands, especially from another species, totally sketches me out but I sort of trust BB to portion and package it in a way that won't harm me.

Do you (or anyone in this forum) think that the pituitary is an important component to breast growth for someone with underdeveloped breasts (tiny with puffy nipples)? I'd love to get results without spending $500 on BO alone, especially since it's kind of a gamble.

I used bb and had pretty incredible results with it, but I can honestly say if I had found this site first and learned there were other options I probably would have gone the ub route to start with just for cost. As for the pituitary, I don't know since many people have had results with ub without adding the pituitary so it really would depend what you think.
