Remember that ab workout only gives you strong ab muscles, and if you are over weight or have a fat belly you need to burn that fat thru proper diet and intensive work out.

Hope I'm not stepping on Pom's toes, but this looked interesting:

First one, mostly about using the body's weight instead of loading with weights, and activating the butt from there.
Then, there's a workout, specifically targeting the glutes, which is mostly bodyweight exercises.
