I cannot stress enough how powerful it is. I would probably still be in a wheelchair if not for yoga. We like to think we are modern and yet we still chase ancient knowledge.
You could also trying listening to videos like these when you get time. I have absolutely nothing to back up that they work but I find them peaceful and soothing.
