Anyone get breast lumps from taking herbs? Maybe I am not getting enough sleep. I didn't notice this lump until I haven't been getting that great of sleep. It hurts too. Has anyone else experienced this?

when taking herbs for NBE if you stop taking them for any reason do the size of your breast go back to its original size or is it permenant

ive been looking into many different herbs i can take to start my NBE journey.

i am a 18 yrs old girl who weights around 125 pounds

can anyone recommend a program they have used using herbs and have had seen great results.

I wanted to start taking fenugreek and wild yam capsules & massaging with wild yam cream. Since i am a beginner i wanted to start off small

Can anyone help me. I have been confued for so long and im ready to start my NBE process. Any information would be appreciated

There are cheaper wild yam creams if you google. You dont have follow their creams.

Hey all,

I take fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red clover internally, I massage with fenugreek and fennel. My family and my boyfriend know I have been taking herbs for NBE. Lately, my mother, my brothers, and my boyfriend have all been smelling this syrup like smell. I'm guessing I've become immune to the smell because I hardly smell it anymore, but goodness, if everyone else around me is smelling it, it must be pretty strong. I remember others here saying fenugreek made them reeked of this maple smell, so I knew that must be what was happening to me. So now my question is: Has anyone found a way to lessen or eliminate this smell?? Maybe a certain soap or oil, or maybe even a certain herb?? I have had growth with this routine, and I am willing to stick to it, but it would just be nice to walk around with people thinking I'm Mrs. Butterworth.

I was curious when is the best time to increase the dosage you take? Does anyone exceed the recommended dosage? I am too scared to go over 2 FG 3 times a day. Since that is the recommended dosage...

Im new to the site as of 5 minutes ago.

I been lookin into Fenugreek and Wild Yam herbal pills.

I was wondering if anyone has used these specific herbs together and seen good results.

If not can you suggest any herbs you specifically used that have given you great results???

Ok, it's hard to me to find info on these herbs and what they do, i have slowly gotten rid of my Fenugreek because it is making me sick+weight gain and Saw palomino can cause cellulite so I don't want that either. This site's search method has been giving me issues as it seems to have fake filters (I search for something with breast related filters and I still see stuff for penis pumps or something @.@). So I guess what i want to know is what is a good combination or replacement for the herbs I am taking, here are the 3 I am considering and the only info i can find:

Wild Yam: possible Herbal Contraceptive and makes Prego Hormone stimulating growth

Maca:"Maca is rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and iron, and contains trace minerals, including zinc, iodine, copper, selenium, bismuth, manganese and silica, as well as B vitamins. It also contains four alkaloids proven in scientific investigation to nourish the endocrine glands"
and some other benefits?

Milk Thistle: not even sure what I found on it now...

I Am also Using the Noogle Berry Pump, so I guess I need stuff that coordinates with that?
sorry I hate to make stupid requests but I also would rather use the resources available to me, I can go to vitamin world, GNC, and other local stores, due to living with my parents I don't want to order something like that where they can see what it is. I live in Concord, NC if that helps .
