Long time hops & FG user

Hello Isabelle,
I always prided myself at having a flat abd. When I took PM, there was no change (no breast growth either). Now that I'm on Eve M's program with the Hops, Soy, Flax, etc., my below the naval abd. has pouched out. Can I take this as a good sign that maybe I will get some breast growth or am I doomed just to have a fat stomach and still no breasts? My time on earth is running out - so is my patience!!!

Yes sfita,

If you get headaches after day 25, try fenugreek or wild yam, and ride it out until your next period starts. If you feel really irritated, start PM at 1 capsule a day.

Congratulations lostacres6,

Estrogens are the cause of pouching out. You should be seeing some growth soon Smile

Estrogen's been causing my stomach pouch?!?? I've had digestion problems and had also gained wait temporarily but I thought those were my only problems!! Sad I was hoping to have a bikini body by now and while I've gotten so so close, this was the only thing holding me back...at least I know the cause, though. I was almost even ready to try diet pills!

Well Doll,

Even bikini fitness models are judged on four packs, not on six packs. OK, the pouch will not get you on the cover of Vogue these days, but if you're over 11, you can forget that anyway XD It's a sure sign of one healthy female, and at least men know how to read it.

Tomorrow night, I will finish the 300 g of goat's rue I started on May 11th. So I used it in 21+23=44 days. That's a daily dose of 6,800 mg.

I was thinking of stopping goat's rue, but because I'm adjusting the hops dose, and I don't want to make more than change at a time, it stays. Today, I bought 200 g for € 6.55 at www.jacob-hooy.nl

The reason why I wanted to stop goat's rue is because it's the higest monthly spending in my program, at € 7 a month. And that's just for 1 cm of swelling that's gone two hours after each cup of goat's rue tea. Goat's rue is also a waist slimmer, but fenugreek is better at WHR reduction, and black seed is better at weight loss.

On a weight basis, goat's rue is the same price as licorice tea, and the mint-licorice tea is more expensive. So considering that I will always drink some kind of tea, I can just as well continue drinking goat's rue for now. Next time I go to amazingoriental.com I'll check what a bag of dried spearmint costs. I've got a spearmint plant on the window sill in the kitchen right now. I eat a couple of leaves after each meal.

At 2,000 mg hops, I was checking out my old drag gear again. So yesterday, I increased hops to 3,000 mg. Today, I was plagued by doubts about why I'm doing this and what I'm doing to my body. So tonight, I will try 2,500 mg.

Hi Isabelle,

I wondered if you'd seen this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Natures-Answer-P...B003HEVFIW

Now, I don't know if there is a reasonable quantity of PM in this product - the blurb is not very informative - but presumably Amazon wouldn't risk selling an unsafe product? (Or am I being naive? Big Grin )

I don't know how they're getting away with it, but they are also selling Solgar PM Phytogen Complex. I would neither buy Solgar's, nor Nature's Answer's. I reviewed both products here:
http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=11525&pid=47364#pid47364

Technically, the Solgar product is not "unsafe", but it's definitely bogus. It's a megadose vitamin B12 supplement, pimped with a homeopathically small quantity of PM. Last year, it contained 40,000 % of the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin B12. After March 2011, regulations were tightened, and Solgar PM Phytogen Complex was promptly reformulated with the maximum dose of vitamin B12 that is accepted as safe in literature. It's still several thousands of percents of the RDA. The PM dose is in line with traditional Thai menopause doses, so in principle, the product can be registered in Europe as a traditional herbal medicine. But you would have to take 30 times the recommended daily dose. That would take you to 250,000 % of the RDA of vitamin B12. Interesting experiment Dodgy

In the link above, I referenced some more informative links about Nature's Answer's PM. They are less open about it than Solgar, but in my mind, it's probably just inside the letter of the law too. It's up to you if you would want to try it in an NBE dose.

Cripes! I'm sure there's an investigative reporter's job for you somewhere, Isabelle! Smile

No, I was just curious to see that prouct there w.r.t. your earlier comment about EU import regulations.

I'm quite happy with Ainterol. It seems to do the trick, and if it's contaminated, well, I was born in 1952 so my body is probably riddled with lead, asbestos, pesticide, radioactive particles, ddt, mercury, and God knows what! Big Grin

Thanks as ever!

Thank you bryony,

Investigative journalism... hm, that's not a bad idea. I always liked to get to the bottom of things Smile

Today is tape day. Weight is up to 83.0 kg, from only 81.0 kg two weeks ago. Body Mass Index (BMI) has increased to 26.0, which is of course overweight (25
Breast circumference is the same as two weeks ago, at 115 cm, or 45 ". Band size is the same too, at 90 cm, or 35 ". I'm still a US 40 DD, or in EU sizes, 90 G.

Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR) is up from 0.81 to 0.83, obviously because of the weight gain.

There hasn't really been any growth since the L-arginine ramp-up in the first half of april. Maybe it's because I decreased hops to 1,800 mg on March 19th. I've been experimenting with the hops dose for a few days, and I decided to increase it from 2,000 to 3,000 mg. I used Pansy Mae's method: lower the dose until I want to cross dress, then increase the dose until I have doubts about doing NBE at all, and then decide on a comfortable average between those two doses.

Height: 178.5 cm = 5 * 30.48 + 10 * 2.54 = 5' 10"
Weight: 83.0 kg * 2.2046 lbs/kg = 183 lbs
Body Mass Index (BMI): 83.0/1.785/1.785 = 26.0
Breast: 115 cm = 45"
Under: 90 cm = 35" Difference Breast - Under = 115 - 90 = 25 cm = 10 ", US bra size 40 DD, EU 90 G
Waist: 84 cm = 33"
Butt: 101 cm = 40"

The amount of growth you've had must put you in the all time top tier of boobie growers on this board Big Grin I think you could easily be #1 at this point. At least I'm not aware of anyone who did better. I'm really strongly considering switching over to some version of your program after I'm done with this cycle of my current program, or possibly the next cycle. It just doesn't seem to be working for me.

I was just wondering at which point in your program did you have the most growth and what were you taking at that time? I'm making the assumption that some of the newer additions to your program are still in the experimental stages. Would you agree? I guess I'm trying to distill the most important aspects of your program, unless of course, you feel sure that everything you're taking right now is "successful" and you've ironed out most of the kinks in dosage, etc.

How would you recommend changing the dosage based on body size? Is there anything you would change based on sex? I can't really think of any reason why your program wouldn't work for a female. How would you recommend getting around any issues with digestion (for lack of a better word)? For example, I know you recommend menohop gets around the issue of the differences in production of 8-pn. I'm not sure what if anything I can do to hedge my bets when it comes to individual response to the other herbs.

There must be whole lotta ladies wondering about the best way to copy your program right now Tongue This would be super helpful.
