Bellalily,

So sorry to hear about your mum. It is heartbreaking to hear that another women is having this type of cancer.

I would like to share with you on a story about a men I read about which have terminal cancer in his body. The doctor don't give him a lot of time to live. Because he persistent to be alive he re-adjust the way he live his life, such as diet change, sleep change and etc, he pretty much got rid of the cancer without surgery.

If you are interested you could read the book through this website

1 problem is it is in Chinese. I don't know Chinese either so I google translate the website to English. Sometimes the wording can be a little weird but the meaning is there.

Sorry to hear about your mom. Breast cancer is such a scary thing, not just for those that have it, but for family also since it increases your odds as well.

I use to be really afraid of it, since it runs rampant in my family, but over the years realized I couldn't stay in that state and had to start doing things to make myself feel safer, such as the progesterone cream and now DIM.

I wish you all the best and be sure to take care of yourself while taking care of your mom.

hugs, Mel

Thank you everyone for your best wishes. We're just taking a day at a time. Crystalelle...I do believe we need to watch out for so many things...the foods we eat( processed) aspartame..high fructose corn syrup, the lotions we put on our skin, shampoo, even the toothpaste we use. I go organic and natural as much as possible. I honestly started that because my 8 year old is so sensitive to everything. It's been wonderful for her. Moms in her 70's, stuck in her ways and a bit stubborn. I'm working on her Smile . Mel, I've decided to keep the dim in my regular routine. I honestly do feel better while I take it. I've never tried progesterone cream. I'll look into that. Take care and....
Happy Holidays to everyone!!

Well, today is day 5. I was actually a day early, so more of a regular cycle this time. I managed to get back the 1/2 inch I lost. I measured myself tonight and i was actually almost 36 1/2, but I vary in measurements during the day. I'm gonna call it 36 inches for this month.
I've changed my daily supplements quite a bit. I still do the pituitary once a day, and 3 bo pills am, and 4 pm. I also read about taking oils with other supplements, and its advised that you take the oils a few hours apart...so as not to interfere with the absorption. I guess the oils can do that. I switched to a fish/borage/flax supplement.
My new routine...and its basically for health, but some things good for nbe.

First thing am..
Sam-e, basic B supplement.

around 8
1 pituitary, 3 bo, and 1 l-tyrosine with my protein shake.

lunch
Carnosine, alpha lipoic acid, coq10, a c e supplement
biotin, and dim

a few hours later
fish/borage/flax oil

dinner
Calcium/magnesium/d3/boron

8pm
4 bo

bedtime
2 gaba

I ran out of probiotics...I need to get more. I usually do those after dinner.

Wow, it has been quite a while since i posted on here. Shortly after that post I gave up the nbe. I had an awful time with my ibs. Stress related I'm sure. I wanted to take time to get myself feeling normal again. I'm glad to say with the bo that I kept my measurements, which ended up being 35 1/2. That 36 just didnt want to stick.
Decided a few months ago to jump back into nbe. Been haunting the forums deciding which route to go. My ibs hasnt been an issue in a while, thankfully....and I felt ready. Decided to go the PM route. Decided on the siriporn and started just one a day for the first 7 days. I've always had a regular 28 day cycle. Then 2 a day for the remaining 7. Sadly PM is just not for me. I had tried it years ago with no results, but this time it really just didnt agree with me. I felt awful, had horrible headaches, and I actually lost an inch and a half in my bust. I went down in that one cycle an inch and a half. I still have not had a period.
Now granted, at my age...49 a skipped period is something that can be expected, but have never experienced before. I've been late before, but not like this. The loss in my breast size was shocking...I've maintained my weight. They looked deflated.
Soo, I've gone back to bo. I don't know why I didnt just go back on to begin with. I'm doing the swansons again, 3 pills am and pm. Almost back to 35 inches in just a few weeks. I ll stay on it for a few more months and see if I can ever get that elusive 36 inches.

Good luck to everyone. Remember, what works for one person doesnt always work for everyone. Keep positive, and keep healthy.
