I'd posted a thread recently about problems finding vitamin power. They did send my 5 bottles....all but one with no label. I figured I was going ahead and getting started on this. Maybe the dne will finally show up after a month....

I'm in my 40's.
5'0"
94lbs
bust 31 3/4
underbust 28
waist 25
hips 34

I've been taking 900(6 vitamin power) am and pm.

My routine so far:
6am-collagen and msm
7am-225 kelp/500 l-tyrosine
8am-protein smoothie and the bo

lunch time....
protein shake
Coconut oil
EPO
Flax seed oil

I also take Dmae/L-lysine/Alpha lipoic acid

7pm-kelp/l-tyrosine
8pm-Bo with water
9pm-Collagen/Msm

I've been doing this for a week today. I've been having the most insane itching and tender nipples. I was sitting in my car picking my little ones up from school, chatting with a friend on the phone...and I looked up and realized I had an audience....hands down my shirt scratching....lol.
I measure exactly the same...this is day 15 of my cycle. I usually have no pain or swelling until days 21.
Ive have no headaches, nausea, or any other side effects. I've felt wonderful actually.
I havent taken any pictures, but might after my first cycle.
Oh, and as a back-up, I did order ultra breast.
I'm guessing bo is bo...and i ll just take 2 morning and 2 night like I am now with the vitamin power to get the same dosage.
I havent really decided on that yet.
Anyway, i ll post back after ive been doing this a month.

Ohh.....totally forgot to add that i take bovine pituitary 200 mg at dinner....and 1000 gaba at bedtime.
Well I've been on BO for three weeks as of yesterday.
Today is the fifth day of my cycle....just finished my time of the month, and I want to use this as a regular measuring day.
I measured 32 1/2 inches. Thats 3/4 of an inch. I'm just delighted.
I was measuring 33 inches before my monthly....I expected to lose a bit more.
I'm gonna stick with my routine as is. Still doing the vitamin power bo twice daily. 6 pills each time. I have a few bottles left. I was able to reorder, and they charged my card....so hopefully I'm still able to get it.
If not, I did order a two month supply of Ultrabreast.
My weight and other measurements are the same. I was a bit worked that my monthly would be longer...maybe have more cramps, but it was just the opposite. I was two days early...but last month without bo i was a day early. I did break out a bit along my hairline. Not too bad...and just put a bit of cream on.

I need to update a bit more. I finished my second cycle on bo and I got the 33 inches to actually stick this time. So an extra 1/2 inch, which makes my 2 month total 1 1/4 inches.
I checked the e-vitaminsforless.com site and saw that on the ovary page they claimed to have 100 left...don't know if that means they are going to discontinue that.
I'm keeping my routine the same, except I'm starting to incorporate the ultrabreast into it. I take the 6 vitamin power in the am...2 ultra breast in the evening. I've been doing that since day one of my cycle. It actually gives me an extra 180 bo a day. My dosage should be about 1980 a day now. I really didn't feel the need to up the dose, but I didn't want to lower it either. I'm hoping to take the ultrabreast twice and day...am/pm when the vitamin power runs out.
Funny thing is, I usually don't feel anything until the last week of my cycle. I'm having the soreness and itcy nipples already, and I have been since about day 7 of my cycle. Curious to see what happens this month.
I'll see if I cant get the pics up tonight....any advice would be appreciated...if not I'll just see if I can figure it out.
Has anyone added the mammary to their routines? I mean the ppl who actually are on active routines now. I've read a bit in the old forums, but not a lot of follow up on it.

It's so good to see so many people getting results. I see girls walk past me on the streets with small breasts and I feel like telling them all about these things on this site. hehehehe.

With the pics I find everyone does it different. The way I do it is I host them privately on the flickr website. You need to upload your pics, click private so the whole world can't see them. Once uploaded you select your picture by right clicking it and select copy link location. Then on this page where it says insert image, you paste the link location into that.

If that doesn't make sense let me know and I can tell you an easier way. It's just this way you can do more than 3 at a time.

I think I managed to get them up though, hopefully it stays ok.
I thought I'd go ahead and do a quick update. I still have about a week or so left in my cycle, but I have changed a few things in my program.
It's pretty much the same, but with just a few variations.

I'd been having some horrible dizziness for the past 4 months or so. At first it was only during my time of the month, but then progressed to daily. To the point of not being able to look up...or even bend my head down. I had been doing herbs for a while when I first noticed it, and I was quick to blame the fenugreek I was on. But even after lowering my amounts, and finally quitting the herbs....it was still there. I did a good cleanse, and started the bo. I did start the kelp and l-tyrosine...i'd been so cold lately. Figured it was just the unseasonable cool weather we got here in Florida. You do adapt to that kinda thing. Figured that might help....oof but I was sooo tired all the time. Well, turns out I was very iron deficiant, even though I get the recommended amount with my daily vitamin. I added an extra iron supplement a day....and within a week the chills stopped, best of all the dizziness.

My routine as of now...

6am.....msm/c/collagen
7am.....kelp/l-tyrosine(i'm cutting the evening kelp)
8am.....6 vitamin power bo pills...(900mg)
I have my strawberry/banana/and protein shake at the same time.

10ish...I'll grab something to eat...and take my supplements...
Epo/coconut oil/flaxseed oil/ biotin/silica/iron/calcium/d3/and my multivitamin..also astaxanthin

11ish....alpha lipoic acid/dmae

dinner i'll usually take my pituitary then...i've run out the past couple days though.

7p....ltyrosine
8pm 2- ultrabreast caplets
9pm...or bedtime...gaba and swiss lamb placenta

Seems to still be working really good for me. With the extra bo that the ultrabreast has given me, I've been having pains most of the time. Usually I dont until about the last week. I do have the itching though.
I do keep measuring, though i know i shouldnt....but I'll try not to get my hopes up until the 5th day of my cycle.

One thing that i do really like about the vitamin power pills however, is that it gives me the option of moving my dosage either up or down in small increments. I dont have to do 500 at a time..

Ugh....dang perimenopause. Todays the first day of my period....5 days early. But I assume at my age this is to be expected. I'm not sure how it's going to affect my growing this cycle. I usually get all my growth the week before. I'll just measure as usual on the 5th day and see. Hopefully the pain, fullness, and itching I've felt all month are gonna pay off. If not...try, try, again.
Well, day 5 of my cycle, and it was pretty much what i had expected. Still measuring 33 inches. I knew with my shortened cycle this month this might happen, but I still had my hopes up....I had been measuring almost 34 inches. Dang it.
Oh well. Hopefully I have a regular cycle this month. Hmmm...wonder if menopause decides to reward me with a skipped cycle or two..hahaha.
Keeping my routine the same...it has been working wonderfully for me, and honestly I can't complain .
Wow, I finally had a regular cyle. Thankfully. Today is only day 2, but I've been measuring 34 1/4 now. That would be 1 1/4 inches this month. I'll post back on day 5 and see if I've kept any. Kinda makes up for nothing last month.
I did some changes to my routine...even though i said i wasnt going to.
I added Dim and raw maca. Just two dim and one maca a day.
I left the bo dosages the same. The vp in the morning and ub in the evening. I'll be running out of the vp soon...and am going to do just the ub.
